Nothing negative, was a great stay

The staff at Parkshore are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were very clean. They have a wonderful fun little bar restaurant that has a great happy hour and has really good food. Our waitress Liz in the bar was fabulous. She gave very good service and such a fun personality. The beach is beautiful and so nice to have that right outside the hotel. The pool and hot tub were also really fun and clean. The location is excellent, very close to downtown and only a short drive to many of the area wineries. This was our 2nd stay at Parkshore and I would highly recommend it.

Pool was dirty and we thought there could be more towel racks in bathroom.

Location was great, close by everything we did. Rooms were comfortable, staff was helpful & friendly. Breakfast was continental about what was expected.

Nothing really. a little expensive but it was Memorial Day weekend so that makes sense. Some lights were broken in the pool.

I called the day before booking to assure the hot tub was working. and was told yes. when we got there it was not working. we asked it the pool heat could be turned up a little and was told yes by the desk clerk but the temperature never changed and was set so cold it was unusable as well.

The only problem we had is the heater made an awful lot of noise when it clicked on….finally had to shut it off so we could sleep. Didn’t get that cold so wasn’t a huge deal … just annoying.

Having to change rooms after we were settled, but glad the option was available.

First room we were in nothing was connected so we were moved to another room. Staff was excellent when husband went down and asked questions about TV and fridge. The gal working said here is another room for you, right across the hall. The one problem we had was breakfast. We had to be to the airport by 7 and breakfast was not served until 8. There was toast and a couple other things so we did get a little. The restaurant was excellent food and so enjoyed it. Met a couple from Canada who were so friendly, enjoyed our time talking with them. The waitress was great and helpful. We would stay again as closest to airport and enjoyed the staff..

Would have given you a 10 except for the condition of our door ( room 418)… it looks like someone broke into it… it didn’t bother us since we have stayed there multiple times before but I can see where it could make a new guest uneasy.

love the downstairs lounge… we like to be able to end our evening right there where we can just walk back to our room. Food is fantastic too. The bathroom has been redone and is beautiful. Bed is super comfy.
