So easy to access the beach; and the view from our room was beautiful!!

We knew what to expect from the breakfast and took our own. Breakfast is from 8-10 AM (which is late for us) and includes: yogurt, cake-like muffins, cereal, white bagels (cream cheese and jam), milk, juice, coffee. Too sweet for our taste. Our king bed was too soft for us, but that is also a personal preference. A couple of picky details: I prefer having the bathroom sink inside the bathroom. This one is outside the bathroom and right in front of the bathroom door. The contractor who handled the shower refurbish should have put sheetrock behind the flexible faux-tile shower wall. It's a little weird to press on the body wash applicator and have the wall flex in and out. Like I said, that's pretty picky. We would stay definitely stay here again.

Our room was as pictured. Ocean front with a great view. We chose Pelican Shores over a couple other places where we have stayed before because we wanted the two comfy chairs inside (in case of bad weather and for the evening) and outdoor seating (ours was the patio level) for good weather. Beach access is very convenient via a short flight of stairs. Our room was clean and seemed to be recently renovated. Fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker with coffee packet and creamer are in the room. I liked that there were ceramic coffee/teacups and real glasses rather than paper or Styrofoam. We had everything we needed. Mainly, we wanted the indoor and outdoor chairs, the view, and the beach access. The price is typical for this area.

The planter boxes in parking lot are a hazard. I could not see them from my car and drove up on them twice.

We loved the view, the fireplace and the access to the beach. We appreciated the breakfast. The kichenette was well stocked. Maid service was excellent.

There wasn't anything we didn't love, only sidenote which isn't even big complaint, the toilets are short, especially for taller guests.

The front desk was just so nice. Very easy check in, super friendly staff. Perfect view, loved the fireplace. The beds are super comfy!!!!!

The room was clean, even the bed which can be hard for some establishments.? The view, oh my goodness, my little 3 year old grandson just knew the water was coming in, and I couldn’t stay inside, even at night because of the the magnificent view of the ocean. The best staycation ever!!!

The parking lot is a little tricky. I have an Expedition and I wasn't sure my car was going to fit.

Your parking lot was too tight for our pickup truck. Room 105 is next to a door where people were going in and out and the door was slamming. People going up and down the stairs could see right into our room. That was uncomfortable for us.
