It was loud. There was a very loud person above us who slammed the door 3 times in a row late at night and then again early in the morning 😒

Not a thing!

We were in town to visit friends and chose this as a place to stay after our visit. It was a great place as we were looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep and have breakfast. The desk staff were great on both check in and out. The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We were surprised that the breakfast was so good. Fresh berries and many choices made us very happy. It was all presented very well.

We didnt like that we didn't get any room service during the 3 days we stayed there. Got back late one night & no coffee for the next morning. Went down to the front desk & asked for coffee. We were told we had to request coffee & room service if we wanted it. I was not impressed with that answer. Very inconvenient.

We did not have a chance to eat breakfast, but it smelled good. ** The facility was very quiet, and we were able to get a good nights sleep.

There was a very loud, no common sense or decency, family that came in around 1am and woke everyone up. Not the hotels fault, just stupid people. We turned the Air conditioner on and it drowned out the people noise so that worked out. I believe the staff came down and hushed the family.

Great breakfast, included with stay. Waffles, oatmeal.cold cereals, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, scrambled eggs, English muffins and toasts, yogurt with assorted berries to put in it, juices and fruits. I was impressed.

It wasn't the most comfortable, pillows are very lumpy which made it hard to sleep. I was also getting itchy under the sheets.

The shower controls were worn and hard to adjust the water volume/temp.

I enjoyed our stay with the Phoenix inn very much. The rooms were clean as was the rest of the facility. The staff were nice and welcomed us every time we walked through the main door. The Breakfast was well presented and clean as well as good food and selection.

The hot tub doesn’t exist anymore. the handles into the tub are there but there’s cement and a throw rug over the hot tub. I Really wanted to use the hot tub so that was quite a disappointment.

Breakfast included, safe parking & friendly staff. I like the setup of the rooms and that there is a microwave & refrigerator.

I really cannot think of anything I could put here other than maybe the 3rd party vending machine being out of order.

Hard to single anything out without leaving something out. The entire stay was all I hoped for and more. I guess the stand out would be, since I was expecting more like what they call a "Continental Breakfast" as I saw the few times I have ever stayed in hotels, the full variety breakfasts both mornings were excellent.

Breakfast started a bit late for me. It started at 6:30am.

The breakfast was hot and ready. The kitchen / dining staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped my Dad get a plate and took his meal to his table. The dining area was very clean and tidy.

No cleaning service in room while we were there. We were there 3 days and no garbage emptied and had to ask for all towels, etc.

Loved the Breakfast and cookies in the lobby. The bed was very comfortable and liked coffee in room.

The room was modernized, spacious and welcoming, with a fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly, especially the Argentinian desk clerk. 😁 The grounds were clean, and the dog enjoyed them, too. We took a long walk to the ice cream place down the street, and it was very pleasant. We also got a great night's sleep. Parking was a breeze, and the staff were very helpful. I'll stay here again or recommend it to family when they visit.
