Most of The Staff was not friendly, checkout experience was bad & definitely not convenient. We were missing the Tv remote & when we called to get one delivered to the room, the wrong one was given(Wrong model didnt work) I had to call again & wait for it to get delivered yet a second time. Parking structure is bad, most parking spots taken by those gambling, we had to go in circles for a while & finally saw someone pulling out on the last floor & waited so we could park there. Very inconvenient for the guest. Some Elevators were very dirty as people go in & out of the pool floors get wet, so stepping on wet floors creates safety concents & when wet people step on them & of course they get dirty, but it doesnt seem like they ever get clean.

The 1:00 am fire drill walking down 19 flights of stairs due to an inconsiderate guest smoking in the corridor and it was incredibly expensive with the resort fee, which we never used for pool or gym.

Aircon was very loud. Lack of water pressure out of the tap when on cold, it was a dribble.

The parking garage is very tight for a full size pickup truck. The spots are very close together and when we checked out to leave there were scratches down the one side of our truck from someone dragging their bags between the two vehicles.

The hotel is located conveniently for access to the city sights. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful and booked our room in the quieter part of the hotel as we requested.

There wasn't an actual blanket on the bed. It was two sheets put together but no real blanket. I had to go to bed with my sweater a few times. It would have been nice if there were extra pillows and a blanket. There wasn't closet space in my room, I could hang stuff by the sink. Even though I had a room with a view, the window was very filthy.

I had a room with a view of downtown. It was clean and comfortable. I was solo and it had enough room for me and all my things. The elevator was easy to find and not overly crowded with people and tourists. The walking distance to the room was nice. The pool was nice and quiet. Lots of sun and space with no kids jumping around. It was easy to order food and get drinks at the pool.

The restroom was so small. You had to go in to the restroom stand between the shower and toilet to shut the door.

there's no outdoor benches to sit on theres no parking out front to check into the hotel bathrooms a little tight (toilet)

need better beds. it was a fun location Oscars Restaurant was the highlight We had our own car so parking was easy the donut shop was delicious

Great location for visiting the Fremont Street area. I felt safe staying there, walked across the street and I was in the middle of the action. Nice coffee station and I was remembered each morning by the barista! The food hall was waiting on the addition of a few shops, but selection was adequate.

My only complaint was the pool closed at 7pm. That’s WAAAYYYYY too early! Ppl are on vacation! Why shut them out of the pool and hot tub SO early!?? I even tried to get another drink from the pool bar at 6:45pm and he told me no. That he’s already put the liquor away. C’mon… I won’t stay there again just because of this. A huge part of my room choice in Vegas is the pool!! If I had any idea it closed so early I would’ve stayed somewhere else

I wanted a double bed non smoking room and only a king single bed non smoking room was available, the elevators take forever and close very aggressively almost smashed my hand but it was still great stay

Our sink was clogged and full of hair. It was disgusting every time I brushed my teeth I would gag cuz of the hair in the drain that would come up. Also there was an emergency alarm that went off while we were sleeping and it told us to use the stairs so we walked down 13 flights of stairs just for the staff to say they did t know what happened . Ruined my sleep

When we came back from the strip at night we found a big cockroach in our room. After calling the front desk, they just offered swiping the room, which wasn’t a good option for us in the middle of the night, especially that we stayed just for one night. We had to deal with that problem by ourselves.

The location of the hotel is far from the strip but across the street from the Golden Gate, who’s is very worth visiting and stores with souvenirs are much cheaper than on the strip! Staff from Bingo was very nice and helpful with explaining everything for us playing for the first time!

The rooms need updating. The sink in the bathroom is stupid as I am short I had a hard time using it. The chair in the room was filthy.
