The hotel is old and needs upgrades. The water drains slowly in the sink/tub. The luggage trolleys are old; the wheels hardly work.

The staff very courteous, especially the older woman and man who were cleaning the rooms. The beds were comfortable. The close access to restaurants, gas stations, and the grocery store was a bonus!

Pillows sucked.... Breakfast ends at 9 and i went at 8 and there was nothing left..... waiting 30 mins for replenish and nothing.....

Lingering smell of cigarettes throughout hall ways of the hotel , as well as the elevator. The pool was nice to have but the scenery around could be better up kept and AC was not working the pool room was very humid.

Smell in of curry in the 2nd floor hallway. Outside doors not secured at night. In-room safe was not functional.

Breakfast meet my needs. Apprecated the 24 hr coffee. Room clean and comfortable.

The room smelled - like I can't explain it; old and musky perhaps. The desk chair didn't work, it was stuck in the low position and would not raise. On my second day when I came back to the room, it had been serviced but the bathtub was not cleaned. We all have our rules I guess but I like having gym access, gym opens and closes at 10pm, that was really disappointing - I generally work out in the middle of the night.

Had to plan a last minute trip for a funeral. The room was decent, actually kinda nice and welcoming. The staff was very nice and helpful.

AC was not the best. It really brought in the diesel exhaust from trucks running in the parking lot. Had a headache from the smell Turned it into the front desk. The lady behind the desk didn't offer a solution to the exhaust. Breakfast was disappointing. Sausage and scrambled eggs. The waffle batter machine was not working. The lady at the front desk was finally available and she removed waffle batter and poured out into little cups. We didn't get to try it because we were leaving. Ice machine needs to be cleaned.....slimy mold in area that catches the ice....gross.

The rooms and motel were Clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. Easy to navigate Savannah from there. Right off I95.

Rooms needed some maintenance. 1 door didn't completely shut automatically. Other room hair dryer didnt work and toilet didn't flush properly. The handicapped accessible shower did not have grab bars in the shower.

Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable.

Towels appeared not even washed, stains on sheets. For a room to cost triple digits nightly, I expect cleanliness because that is easily in their control.

There were cockroaches in the bathroom and in the hairdryer and on the wall. We discovered this the next morning and informed the lady at the front desk.

The room accommodations and staff were very nice.

Had an issue with the housekeepers not understanding or respecting the “Do not disturb “ sign on our door and walked in AS they were knocking! While I understand the possible language barrier that can’t happen. We were still in bed!! It happened again the next day but they didn’t just walk in but the sign was still there so why even knock?? Breakfast was blah but all these hotels have that nasty powder egg mix and rubber sausages.

Clean. Front desk staff nice and professional and when I advised them of my housekeeping issue they immediately apologized.
