Dead bug on one of the bedsheets. They came and changed it. Breakfast was very minimal. Recommend the Vicious Biscuit.

The main gripe I have is that they have lights blaring into the windows from the parking lot and you can't shut the blinds all the way. I had to put a blanket over the window to get some darkness. The breakfast selection sucked also. They had rubbery boiled eggs and nasty frozen sausage biscuits as the only two proteins available. I personally hate sausage biscuits and would have really liked to have another option. They had cereal and yogurt which is awesome if you aren't lactose intolerant like me. I ended up just making instant oatmeal from an available packet. I would have rather paid less and opted out of the hotel breakfast and just got my own.

Everything was good.

Quality Inn is ideally located on the edge of Boone. The room is clean and comfortable and has a charging socket by the bed. There is ample parking on site.

Laundry facilities were non existent. You had to go next door to the Comfort Inn, and they only had one washer and a dying dryer. Nightly road construction out front, noisy until about 11pm.

The location was good, though tricky to get into.

I didn’t like the fact the hotel didn’t provide a TV guide. That very poor customer service in my opinion. Was also told I could get a hard copy of my receipt. At time of check out clerk was clueless. Again customer service poor. The ice machine on our floor was broken. All things should be in working order to receive good reviews.

Really happy with the stay: room was big, clean and well set up, very comfortable beds, the receptionist and manager were very friendly, and the breakfast quite generous for a motel breakfast. The indoor pool was a nice little extra touch!

The refrigerator was locked up with ice. The coffee at breakfast was so weak it had no taste and I prefer weaker coffee to strong. There was no connection in the room for phone charger. I brought my cord but not the adapter, expecting to use one on the nightstand or lamp. Next time I’ll know to bring my own.

The evening and morning staff were EXCELLENT! Cudos to the front desk!!!

Indoor pool was way too hot! Couldn’t even enjoy. Being in the actual pool was okay ( felt like a hot tub) but if you were just sitting in there, it was miserable.

The staff was fine for the most part. The breakfast was as expected. However, the noise in my room was constant... the heater digital display was broken. I couldn't tell how hot it was until I finally turned off the system. The little clock that's still in there in this day & age made all sorts of noises even though I turned the volume all the way down. I noticed mold / mildew in the bathroom as well. When I had breakfast before I checked out, I spoke with another person who stayed, he commented it was a nice place for the eighties... I'm grateful for a place to stay but it needs updating.

I got to enjoy the pool for 15 minutes before they closed at 10. But could not find the hot tub that I thought I saw advertise online. The breakfast was pretty standard. Just bakery style foods with yogurt banana orange bagels and cream cheese. No fresh eggs or bacon... I was grateful for an available breakfast however.

Breakfast shelves were short, and some are off. For some reasons maps didn't show the right direction to the hotel.
