Outside looks better than inside. Our room was “clean” but the curtains were half torn off that I had to fix. It looked like room was made up in a rush and had old sheets and comforters. Front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming.

It was dirty, the hallways needed a good shampoo. My friend had a huge spot of mold in her bathroom. Our sliding door did not lock to go outside and we were on the ground floor. We had no shower curtain and so when taking a shower, water got all over the floor. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything important in our room because someone could easily come through the sliding door.

The staff was friendly and location was great!

One woman who stays on her phone is very rude. She told me I'd be charged an extra 50$ for checking in early. When I came back an hour later, the older gentleman and younger one with black glasses checked us in early no problem. No extra charge. Our room was somewhat clean. When we entered there was water dripping from the fridge. And one of the pillows had a blood stain on it. That was kind of creepy.

The view even if it's not oceanfront is amazing. The breakfast bar is pretty good. The pool is concrete so it's kind of rough. The walk to the beach is short and is right outside the property. Toilet and sink worked great, but barely any pressure in the shower.

The bathroom was so tiny. The balcony has one chair and bird poop all over. The stench was horrid, and the ice machine was so far away. The tv was programmed for demo mode, so it kept turning off. The loveseat has seen a lot of love, if you know what I mean.

Construction as soon as you walk in. There is no warning on the website of any Construction. The pool was not open, again no warning on the website. The room was dirty. The sheets had stains. The couch had stains. Requested a different room. The sheets were better, but the couch filled with stains. When I asked staff if this was like this in every room, she said yes and offered sheets to cover the couch.

The beach front access was great, and breakfast was good.

LOTS of people smoking weed….elevators were very sketchy. Hallways were dirty, mold on curtains in the room.

That parking is not included in hotel pricing. When I reserved the room it said oceanfront, it didn’t say partial view. I was a little disappointed in that but it was nice enough and I was fine☺️

broken shelf in the tub, dirty carpet in the hall and elevator, smelled a little , construction remodeling , room needs remodeling interior. Also I had to pay to park my vehicle in the garage , $40.00 and an extra charge of $25.00 for my daughters car for 1 night which she was included with me as my second person but she could only stay 1 night due to her work

The only thing I had an issue was the staff (front desk). The AC of the first room they check us in wasn’t working and we waited for half an hour but after we followed up at the front desk couple of times no maintenance came so we just ended up asking them to move us to a different room and they did. The breakfast restroom doesn’t have soap nor paper towel to use . I don’t feel comfortable asking any service at the front desk because they make us feel that they are tired of their job 😅😅😅 . So this may be the first and last time we will be staying in this hotel unless we have to.

That they charged for parking. It should be included especially if it's only one vehicle...if there was more than one then I can understand. Also had to ask for more towels an washcloths cause there was only enough for one person in a 4 person room.

The parking when you first arrive there is no place to park to get registered. What they do have is so small only two cars can get in, because of the layout.

I traveled miiiiiiileeeeesss away only to find out there were renovations going on. The whole week that we stayed majority of the front desk were very rude and unpleasant. After being there a week on vacation, I was ready to pack, load up and drive off....... but noooooooo the staff had other plans. We were held hostage because the manager was no where to be found. The driveway was blocked (by the managers car), the front desk wouldn't page or find the manager to even help with this situation. So at this point, it's raining, I'm frustrated, definitely aggravated and ready to GO. As if it wasn't bad enough to have to walk/run to the parking garage due to the rain to retrieve my car from a section that 😑 visitors were left with to park (because most of the designated areas were for the construction 🚧 workers/team). There were people that I'm sure didn't have reservations there; just hanging around (felt uneasy/unsafe 🙄 everytime my family and I had to leave the premises). My advice to you, please call before you BOOK or come.

The hotel is under renovation which was not on the site. So the door to pool could not be accessed, my hallway was bare concrete and no trim with construction debris. There was a yellow stain at the bottom of my patio door curtain which I suspect was from a dog marking now that they do allow pets and the room smelled a little like urine. The "couch" in the room was small and stained.
