Rooms were a little dingy . It was a little dated old fridge heater was noisy. .Beds are small . Stayed on a Saturday so it was a little pricey for what the room was. But I might have been okay with that if the weather had cooperated and we could have used the pool and if the bar was open.

Pool looked nice but it was cold and rainy. Closeness to everything was great.

The pool is huge and was very clean but not heated.

The room size exceeded my expectations and was in good repair. The grounds were kept nicely. The pool area doesn’t get locked up so we were able yo use the hot tub late at night. Will definitely stay here again!

phone was not working in room for all 4 days we stayed. Room was not cleaned till day 4 despite requesting same on day 3 morning. Rooms were bit outdated.

I love the location, I do appreciate it has a breakfast but it doesn't have an excessive amount of options, but there are waffles, toast, fruit, sausages, coffee, etc. There is a shuttle, but the times are pretty absurd...Scheduled pick up for 7am when park Orlando doesn't open until 9am and breakfast doesn't start until 7am. The beds are comfy and soft, but the bedding was mismatched, torn and worn and only double beds, so pretty small. The hotel shows a lot of wear, in common areas and the rooms, but overall is clean

The room was basic, dated and very rough around the edges but I booked early and paid under $80/pn for a 2 bed room so it was exactly what I was expecting.

The location of the property was perfect. Close to everything you need from a trip to Orlando and on the trolley route for anything else.

I asked if we could change rooms due to the LOUD highway and was told we couldn't. The rooms carpet was SO gross and the doors were all banged up and stained, fridge leaked, air conditioner did NOT work, and no microwave in room. We were there for 10days and it wasn't the best experience with Quality In which we have stayed at these places before.

Asked 5x for towels and never got them used Pool towels. Breakfast lady was rude did not refresh food when was still time.

The Air Conditioner could have worked all the time, instead of only half of the time. there were bugs in the bathroom and no room service, at least while I was there.

Hello, the front desk was super rude and saw my reservation but she said that I had to contact the app to check if it was paid. I ended up staying there for another 40 minutes to resolve it and I had to call booking to resolve it, oh my God what terrible service Of this unprepared girl.

I don't like the Wi-Fi going in and out cuz honestly when I was trying to connect to the free Wi-Fi instead of connected but then it just left and it came back but not fully connecting it.

I love the breakfast there. Every time I get up in the morning the first thing I'll do is eat there. And I just loved the waffles overall.

Hotel Wi-Fi was inconsistent, the hotel staff acknowledged this, but nothing could be done at the time. The tiled floors need to be cleaned properly, and the ironing board cover needs to be replaced urgently, room 243.

Breakfast was acceptable, good choices of foods.
