Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The departure and return times for the shuttle service were not great so we only attempted to use it once to come back from universal and it never showed- hotel said wasnt their problem because its a third party, rooms were dated and a little rough but we didn't feel uncomfortable
The Breakfast, pool/hot tub/bar area were great! Location was fantastic- minutes walk to many shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, activities

Elevator was broken and they only served sausage and scrambled eggs for breakfast. No Bacon????? No waffle toppings?????
Staff was friendly and helpful. They put my group together instead of all over the hotel.

my reservation was made on the website from the 15th to the 21st of April, when I arrived the reservation was from the 16th to the 22nd of April, they charged me 35$ to enter the hotel because it was saying that my reservation was not coinciding with the one on the website. my stay was from the 15th to the 21st. I checked out yesterday on the 21st.

No USB charging anywhere in the room, not even the TV had a USB port. My devices were unable to connect to the free wifi the whole weekend.
Comfortable beds, decent range of food at the breakfast. Nice swimming pool.

I didn't like that theire was not diffent options for breakfast. Hope that theire also would be other things like boiled eggs or just something different. My sister also lost her phone in the facility
I like the room size and it's comfort. Also the price was good. The location is central to the parks. The people are frendly.

The International Drive is a very useful connection to everywhere, a bit too noisy at times. Maybe because our room was on that side of the hotel. The price is cheap, but that's because the rooms are a bit tired.
The location is great if you just want to nip out for a bite to eat or stroll around the local tourist hot spots. The breakfast is plentiful and perfect to set you up for the day out, very popular with the guests. Fresh coffee was on tap all day. The staff are all very friendly. Parking is feet from your room, so feels like home.

The bathroom could use a refresh, such as bathtub.
Breakfast was so much better than we expected. Waffles were great, so was the sausage, egg and coffee. Lots of healthy options to choose from such as fruit, yougart, cereal and juice.

The room phone didn't work to call the front desk about the beeping smoke detector. We had to go to the front desk. Someone did come to change it but still didn't work and despite being told he would come back the next day he didn't show up. The hotel itself shows its age
The upgrade to a superior room cause it was facing the pool and had a nice view of ICON Park The breakfast was wonderful , waffles as well as sausages and eggs We liked the location very much. Close to the Titanic Exhibition and not far driving to City Walk and Disney Springs

In serious need of updating. The elevators were dirty, as were the corridors. The rooms we stayed in had terrible carpets, torn and cigarette burns, the bathrooms are outdated. The hot water only ever got tepid, it didn't matter how long you ran the faucet for, hot water never came through. I seriously think they were running a couple of prostitutes out of a room in the back parking lot one night. 2 women just standing by their door in underwear smiling at whoever went by, with a man watching them.
Location and price were great, pool area was nice.

Carpet in rooms was older

The breakfast was terrible, no options. The room is different that what they show in the pictures. The elevator is old and don’t really looks security. And the girl that was making the check-in was rude.
The pool is like in the picture, but I didn’t have time to go. The localization is good.
