How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Pool needs to be cleaned
This was my second stay, and everything was good! Can't be beat for the price. 10 minute drive to any Disney park, and you can avoid the I-4 traffic. Room and bed were comfortable. Hotel is a little dated but nothing terrible, everything was in working order.

The bathroom was way too small. The plus were not very secure or useful on the walls. The staff on arrival at reception were not very friendly.

The pillows, and the pool wasn’t clean enough.

Some days the breakfast options were prepared with less care, having burnt potatoes. Room was a bit dark with the curtains closed, but no big deal.
Very clean room, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Bathroom was also good. Breakfast was very simple but sufficient for starting the day with waffles and yogurt.

I never recieved the refound of my deposit. If you want to go to Universal with the shuttle you will have to buy breakfast somewhere else because the shuttle leaves at 7, same time breakfast starts.
The rooms were good and the breakfast also. They clean your room everyother day. Location is good and they offer shuttles. Shuttles have only one time.

The check-in process at the hotel was notably swift, and the breakfast provided was satisfactory, though not exceptional. One of the principal advantages of staying at this hotel is its convenient location. It's situated just 15 minutes away from Disney's Hollywood Studios and 18 minutes from Disney Springs by car, making it an excellent base for visitors planning to explore these popular attractions.

-the door from the room had some space under the door and around it so you could hear literally anything that goes on around you.. too old and makes you feel unsafe

Breakfast only in lobby- signs to not bring food to room. All seats were taken both mornings. Long walk from room to breakfast area. Entrance from street is hidden, not well marked. I missed it twice and had to go around the back to get in.
Clean, comfortable standard room. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast with many hot and cold options. Close to Parks. Nice pool area. Plenty of parking.

liked everything. pleasant, well located, next time i will try to book the same room. it should be part of the Disney hotels, as close as any other one of them

Lots of people in the Lobby for breakfast at the same time. Almost all tables were taken. Need better breakfast options.
It was a good value for a one night stay. The room was clean besides the floor. The front lobby staff were friendly, nice and helpful.

The lighting was poor inside the rooms. Also the power went out during my stay after a short rain storm.
Rooms were clean and the property is in between to restaurants. The free breakfast is very good.

It was difficult to communicate with the staff that cleaned the rooms. Noone spoke English that cleaned our rooms so when asked what time we wanted them to return to clean it was difficult to communicate. Onky people at the front desk spoke English.
The breakfast meal was very good and offerred a good variety of selections. When items ran out they were quickly replaced and the taste of the food was quite good.
