Bathroom has never been cleaned for all the almost 2 weeks that we stayed. Only beds done, put clean towels etc and that was what was called cleaning the room. For me is very important the bathroom. But in general it is good 👍🏼 I would stay there again 🙂

I wish they had additional shuttle service hours. The AC units leaked but still kept cold.

The location to theme parks were great, the free shuttle service and breakfast definitely saved us time and money. Housekeeping was as always up early enough for us to ask for any additional items. Staff was very nice. Close to a lot of shopping and dinning.

There was a gentleman at the front desk one evening and he acted like me coming up to the front desk was an inconvenience.

I liked the location. The hotel was nice. The beds were comfy. Most of the staff were very friendly. The pool area was very nice.

Unfortunately our shower didn't work very well, but after we reported the fault it was fixed within a couple of days. My travelling companion is a smoker - the smoking areas were not particularly comfortable.

The room was a reasonable size, kept clean, beds were comfortable. The hotel was generally quiet and peaceful, the pool was pretty good. Breakfast was a little limited in choice, but was generally pleasant. The location was great for the places we wanted to visit.

The shuttle was great but to only offer one ride in the morning and one ride in the evening is a bit of a problem when the times do not coincide with the opening or closing of the park. The shuttle for Universal Studios was at 7 am and the buffet did not open until 7 am so no food for us. Additionally, the shuttle service does not account for when the theme parks have special events and close early so you are left sitting for hours waiting for a ride back to the hotel.

This was way more than I expected! The location was excellent! surrounded by plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops. Shuttle to and from local theme parks each and every day! Free full breakfast and not the standard crappy continental stuff that other hotels try to pass off. Great pool with loungers and cabanas and never overcrowded. The staff were pleasant, although I did not have that much of an interaction with them.

It's a very well located hotel, very clean, with very quiet rooms... I recommend it to anyone who wants to go to the Disney parks... because in the rush of these parks you'll just arrive, sleep and wake up early for another park. The breakfast is simple but you can enjoy it, there are always the same options but I don't see that as a big problem. The staff are great and trustworthy, I didn't have any problems with my items one day and the room was always clean. The girls at reception are attentive. If you want a hotel to enjoy a hotel, look for a more expensive and more complete one. If you want a hotel to rest in a great location, this is the place.

The WiFi connection in our room was completely unreliable. It was constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. Completely useless for personal/business video calls or streaming Netflix, Prime etc., not even usable for viewing Instagram reels. Lighting in room was minimal. No ceiling or wall fixtures, only tabletop/desktop lamps.

Excellent location. Close to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Room was very clean. Breakfast, although limited, was good and plentiful; hotel staff was constantly replenishing food. Room did not have pre-installed safety deposit box but when I inquired at front desk, a box was delivered. Maybe would have rated the hotel an 8 (or higher because of location and breakfast) if the WiFi had been reliable.

They didn't vacuum the floor on the inside of the bed. I can smell the dust at night. The swimming pool and facilities were not maintained properly. But other than these, we loved everything else. It's a very good value and the breakfast was really yummy!

For tourists that don’t speak Spanish, there can be a language barrier sometimes since some of the staff didn’t speak English however all the staff that required interaction with customers spoke good English so that was not a major concern. There was a bit of water accumulation on the flooring outside during the night due to the rain sometimes which was a bit unpleasant when walking towards the lobby.

For the price the building was well maintained and the overall service offered was very good. The location is ideal since there are lots of amenities nearby especially the Disney parks which are just a few mins away(still need a car or take shuttle). The hotel is also connected to shuttles that provide free transportation to various parks such as Disney and Sea World. The staffs were very friendly and helpful and also very attentive to any concerns during my stay. Housekeeping delivered an amazing service and the rooms were always clean and the beds well made when coming back(used towels were also replaced with new ones and soap was also refilled). They also have a business section in the lobby that offers tickets for Disney parks and other attractions in Orlando for discounted prices. Free parking is provided and very spacious.
