Asked for a 330am wake up call that didn’t happen.

Close to the airport with a 24 hr shuttle service. Very comfortable beds. Great staff including shuttle drivers. Bar/restaurant onsite is open until 9 or 10 and the food is pretty good! Best thing was that the price for the hotel was reasonable!

One thing that I noticed was it wasn't 10/10 clean. It was 9/10 clean. This was okay for me (especially because it's inexpensive for a hotel), but if you're a 'clean freak' this might bother you. To be specific, there were a couple of hairs in the bathroom (could be from the housekeeper) and the fluffy extra blanket they had stored in a bag in the cupboard had a crusty stain on it. This was okay because I didn't NEED to use that blanket, but it would've been nice to be able to use it

The breakfast at this place is great. It has a lot of options (cereals, oatmeal, eggs, meats, toast, coffee). The airport shuttle service is exceptional. You call when you land, tell them what terminal you are in and they pick you up. They said it would be 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, but it came in 10 minutes. The staff were 10/10 - friendly, accommodating, polite and helpful. I felt well cared for. The lobby was even prettier and bigger in person. They have a small gym, which I appreciated.

the lobby area was kinda weird, it felt like the area between 2 building were enclosed to create a lobby, you could see what used to be the exterior of the buildings and the windows were now part of the lobby interior. the lobby had a very hollow and dim feel to it. plus there was a pretty strong smell of chlorine since the pool was also part of the lobby, you could hear kids splashing in the pool right above the front desk.

great location, near DFW airport with their complimentary shuttle. everything was super clean, the room was very roomy and the bed was very comfortable.

The layout is a little odd, but not too bad.

Easy to get to after a late flight into Dallas. Breakfast had a great variety. The bed is very comfortable and despite its proximity to the highway the room was silent. Close to a few food options too.

I liked everything! Orlando the shuttle bus driver was excellent. He was very friendly. He offered me a bottle of water and offered a phone charger to charge my phone. He kept me engaged in a conversation.

The room was clean and comfortable. It had a nice big screen T.V. Lots of T.V. channels. It was nice to have a microwave oven. I helped myself to a cup of tea. The free breakfast was wonderful. The shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient.

My desk was very small for working at in my room. The pool wasn't open. There wasn't any snacks or beer/ soft drink vending shop. I didn't get a reply to e-mail to book shuttle bis to get to the hotel - you need to ring them.

Room was big and comfy. Very little noise. Free shuttle bus was great.

The breakfast was fair but not as good as the Holiday Inn- Expresses that we have been to. Was told when we checked in the airport shuttle was whenever we needed it, but found out the next morning that it was only on the half hour. Then there was a wedding that day and the wedding planner was rude and left her truck under the canopy even though security told her to move it. And their U-Haul truck was under the canopy too. So we had to walk in the rain to get the shuttle. Seems like there should be a loading dock for these types of things. We were not aware the Ramada side was under renovation, but was given a room in the Wyndham side.

Hotel was quiet. For the most part except for the party that was going on in the adjoining room next to us. But not your fault.

The halls and common areas look like big empty spaces, but one might say it gives it a certain genre. The shuttle service was not explained in advance. To the get a lift from the aiport, call the hotel once you arrive. They will give you instructions to the pick up point depending on the terminal you arrived.if you dont have a us phone number, you can ask the airport staff to call them on your behalf. To get a lift from the hotel to the aiport, dont forget to mention it to the front desk to make sure you can have a shuttle at the time you need.

Recently renovated hotel, the rooms are clean and quiet.good quality for the price for a quick overnight stop.

The bed was one of the best we have slept in. Our own bathroom in the room was spotless. The soup we had at the lobby Starbucks was delicious and filling. The room was quiet. The shuttle service was essential to our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I could not find stairs to the second floor, requiring use of the elevator. This was a very small thing, and not at all necessary, but in the event the elevator was busy, I would have liked to be able to use stairs.

The complimentary breakfast had many options and was easy to help myself. The room was very clean and comfortable. Getting to and from the property was easy and there was a lot of parking relatively close to the entrance.

A functioning shower-which is the MOST basic necessity-would have been nice.

Communication was great for my request for quiet room and the room WAS quiet. It was the first day of the "shuttle" driver and he took 45 minutes to get to me as he was lost. This was a bit difficult to deal with after a long day of travel but being it was his first day one has to be understanding. I asked the check-in receptionist if there was a bathtub in the room and she said "no". This is obviously not only incorrect but a sad ignorance as to the facilities in the rooms. The shower handle came off in my hand and the shower was basically non-functional. The receptionist (at checking out) said I could write the manager and I would be given a credit to my credit card. I paid with cash so there was no recourse there. (Not that I wanted money, I just wanted a functioning shower.) They have/had no change for people paying with cash. I found all the staff to be helpful and kind. The room was large and there were various restaurants within walking distance.

We ate all of our lunches and dinners outside the facility because of the lack of any kind of ambience in the dining area. We had one drink at the "bar", which was almost comical in its set up. It looked more like the backroom of a kitchen with tubes, boxes and miscellaneous equipment sitting around. And I have never been to a bar where the liquors are kept in plastic tubs on a table close to the bar, but not in it. I said I enjoyed the jacuzzi, but the area surrounding it and the pool were not very clean. I thought this might have been because it was late in the day and had been busy, but it was even dirtier in the morning and there were no towels.

I was most impressed with the staff. All were very friendly, helpful and courteous. I want to especially thank three of the staff by name for their customer service. Nagi from the front desk could not have helped us more to figure out how to get to Dallas downtown, Rye, who despite working under difficult circumstances treated us very well, and to Michael, who was a friendly and helpful person in the breakfast room. I also enjoyed the jacuzzi and the breakfasts were very filling.
