United StatesThe breakfast was very lavish, they had a large selection of items. The courtesy shuttle was great, their staff is all really nice. Both breakfast and the shuttle were complimentary. The restaurant was really elegant and the food was good. Everything was decorated impeccably. Rooms were clean, everything seemed new. Lots of stuff to do, I saw a pool and a hot tub and gym.

This hotel has mastered the art of combining luxury with comfort. The breakfast was free and had so many options. Stunning indoor AND outdoor heated pools, and the exceptional restaurant are just a few highlights of their remarkable amenities. The staff's kindness and friendliness added a warm, personal touch to my stay, making me feel genuinely cared for. The luxury of the rooms and facilities made every moment feel special, and the convenience of the business center and the free airport shuttle service perfectly complemented my needs.

United States(1) Booked for "Ramada by Wyndham". There are separate "Ramada by Wyndham" and "Wyndham" signs out front, on the same structure. Are there two separate buildings? Why knows? There's a building marked "Wyndham", but nothing to indicate whether it's the same building as Ramada, because the word "Ramada" doesn't appear anywhere near the entrance. After needlessly driving around the entire property, because the Wyndham geniuses don't understand basic signage, and then going inside and asking, it turns out that there's only one building, that stupidly operates under two different names, and they give no clue that Ramada bookings should enter the main building marked Wyndham. (2) The perimeter of the trim around the bathroom door had the absolute worst joint compound job I've ever seen in my life, and a second lock was obviously removed from the bathroom door, leaving a glaring hole in the bathroom side of the door. Not a concern for me, but if someone expects solid four star materials and construction, it's close, but not quite. (3) Lobby is large and impressive.
Complete breakfast, real plates and utensils. Most furnishings are 4-star quality, with some glaring exceptions. Bathroom has a strong bathroom vent fan. Many properties don't have a bathroom fan at all. Some earlier reviews mentioned break-ins of cars in the parking lot, so I asked staff when was the last time that happened. He said there's new ownership as of 3 months ago (and he's part of that crew), and there haven't been any break-ins during that time.

United StatesThe hotel is close to DFW Airport and provides a free shuttle to and from the hotel. The staff is courteous and helpful; our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything from Wi-Fi to an iron and ironing board. The free buffet breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of choices. Again, friendly, helpful staff.

I don’t know what kind of staff you employ or what system do you have but it is simple to check whether room was paid or not. Room 1202. Cleanliness of the swimming pools is zero. Wedding in front of your room when you clearly state you need quiet room as you are coming for work is unacceptable.
Breakfast is good and servers are great.

CanadaA disturbing public health incident happened and even though they acted promptly (in their interest), the lack of communication and invasion of our privacy was beyond repairable to our values. We voiced our concerns through several means of communication, there was no apology, no discount, no response of any kind. It didn't matter to them that we missed appointments, and an entire morning was wasted to be able to contain the situation. That was a first for me when a service provider was so disconnected to ignore their customer's well-being in such an ignorant way. This could have been a shout-out, but they chose to get a bad review.
Nothing, business as usual. Guests are numbers.

United StatesI was told on the phone I could cancel my reservation for free since they were not offering the free shuttle as advertised, but gave not been able to get confirmation, and keep being told there is a charge.
Nothing. I only booked this stay because I was trapped overnight at the airport & the hotel claimed to have a free shuttle. Once I booked it I immediately called to schedule the shuttle to pick me up & was told they were sorry but did not have a driver so we’re not providing the shuttle service. They also said my reservation had not come thru so I could go back and cancel free of charge thru booking.com, which you would not permit.

CanadaWeird vibes. It has a massive entrance, and it was confusing where the front desk was located. Booked this place as it said it had both indoor and outdoor pool. But both pools were not clean. The inside pool water was not treated so you couldn’t see through the water. The area had towels laying around, making it seem as though it was run down and not being looked after. Outside pool we were told was not cleaned because it was off season, which is strange as it was 30 degrees celcius. It was a weird unmarked journey with codes to get out and back in through a steel door then through a storage room. It’s very odd. It was quite messy, unkept, dirty in outside spaces. Garbage laying around, wine bottle was laying there, towels on the ground…like I said, weird vibes. Did not use the pool as it was dirty. There was a strange smell in the room. Then at night a bright light went on outside our window shining brightly into the room. The door had a gap making sound travel from the hallway into the room. Mattress was too soft. Just had two sheets for covering. Wouldn’t a not stay here again. Better vibes and value at other locations.
Had 24 hour shuttle. Room was modern and clean.

GermanyThe rooms etc. were okay, but this was seriously the worst customer experience I have ever had anywhere. They overcharged me (twice +15% tax). I complained twice in person ("only the manager can fix it and he's working on it) and three times on the phone and I still don't have my money back. When I went through booking.com they just lied and told them that I had made two reservations and the extra charge (which is magically exactly another 15%) is a cancellation fee.
