The rooms need brighter lighting. Rooms are very dark. Perhaps more colorful drapes.

The room itself reaked of moisture & old stuffy & smoke smell (non-smoking room), the ceiling was covered in moldy stains, light fixtures were rusty, and it seemed there may have been water damage maybe leaking from a top floor. And all that moisture in the wall, of course, lurs in a few roaches - nothing to do with lack of cleanliness, but simply poor conditions of the building.

I could tell the housekeeper put a lot of effort in the cleaning, bedding, stocking amenities, and folding towels. I would give the staff a 10! Mattress was decent, TV had plenty of channels, location was close to interstate and shopping areas

Staff manger on duty was not Listening to any thing i said About My reservations. Would not match online priice Man had very bad manners Unprofessional threatrd to call the police on me would not let me keep my reservations for the next day had to Cancel leave I never cussed or threaned or even raised my voice yold him i was calling Corporate office

The rooms smelled of smoke and there were a few strange people around. Did not feel safe here.

on check in had a customer complaining about strung out people banging on his door keep in mind this is at 1am. It had charcoal grills tucked in under the stairs. It looks like it has section 8 residents living their. People are hanging outside of their rooms Day and night sitting on the office chairs from the rooms smoking. The bathroom needs a remodel walls and ceiling are Pelling. The mattress was way to soft and under sized. Was listed as twin Queens but they were Full size. If I did not pre book it I would have walked away and went else ware.

Not a family friendly place at all like it os shown to be in the website pictures. Doors had been obviously pried open by the police at some time and the gap between the door and frame made it so that we actually barracks our door the one night we stayed. Other people staying there appeared to be drug or gang related . Made us feel very ineasy at breakfast as they kept watching my self amd my family. Absolutely horrible experience especially for the price they charged us.! Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. I ALREADY POSTED MY REVIEW WHEN WE FIRST RETIRNED HOME. WOULD LOVE A FULL REFUND AND WILL ACTUALLY BE CALLING BOOKINHS .COM TO REQUEST ONE.

The drain in the shower was partially clogged, causing the shower to pool up with dirty water. The toilet did not flush well and got backed up easily.

NOTHING. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY. COBWEBS INSIDE THE ROOM. CURTAINS DIRTY. NEVER BEEN WASHED. ALSO THE BEDDING HAD BURN HOLES IN THEM. IT WAS A NON SMOKING ROOM. NOTHING WAS CLEANED. PEOPLE SLEEPING IN THEIR CARS. HAD TO CHECK IN OUTSIDE. THAT IS STRANGE. ITS NOT COVID REASONS. IT IS BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS DIRTY. ALSO PEOPLE SMOKING POT EVERYWHERE. WILL NEVER EVER STAY AGAIN.
