You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaRooms seriously need updating, especially the key card system. I had to be moved to another room because even staff could not make the key card work. (Apparently a recurring problem.) Furniture/decor is old and beat up. Breakfast was the bare minimum.
Staff was VERY courteous and helpful. Room was clean, though very tired looking. Location was very good, and low price for the aged facility was fair.

Affordable rate for the room and close to the airport. Staff was generally nice and helpful.

United States of AmericaFirst of all. The booking stated a restaurant and bar and did not let you know it was under construction. Also at 9pm you could hear very loud banging of some sort of construction. Very annoying since I had a very early flight.
It was close to the airport and affordable. Also the Shuttle to the airport was GREAT! The room was nice and comfy.
