The area was ok but too many people walking around all night. People coming to the front desk asking where someone else was. Females standing at the end of the road. Room was non smoking but you could tell it was used for smoking. No microwave and saw a few roaches. No couch just a bed.

I like the bed and tv and being put in the front of the hotel.

Everything. The room was disgusting. It looked like where drug dealers and street people sleep. It smelled horrible. The outside was dirty. Trash everywhere. The bathroom light stopped working. The sheets had holes in them. The bathroom walls had brown stains on them.

We was told that they had a pool when we call to inquire because it was my daughter birthday and she wanted to get in the pool that's why be booked that reservation but upon arrival we found out that the pool was not available so we was not satisfied with that because we could of booked at another hotel with a pool

The staff was very nice and polite and provided us with good service they was very respectful and quick to help in any way possible

There was cigarette buds on the head bored. No smoke alarm which is a major fire code violation. Then the breakfast advertised was not offered at all I was told “we don’t offer it at this location”. Yet it is shown online. Also advertised a pool which was not open at all. My children were hoping to take a morning swim before check out.

The location was good the rest was awful.

They canceled my booking because I wasn't there by 4pm. And the staff was very rude and that's after I had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to show up in the office.

The first room I checked into 304 had roaches everywhere and the floor was very damaged. Then I opted to give it one more try and they put me in room 419 and after packing up and moving rooms and unpacking and showering I found out the TV doesn't work and they just made me wait for someone to check it and then asked me to move rooms again. This place is horrible.

The staff was wonderful that's about it.

It was nasty! The curtains looked like dogs had peed all over the bottom of them and half of the curtains were ripped off the hooks. When you open the door to the room the stench of cigarettes took my breath away. Roaches was running up the wall scattering as my husband opened the door. I told my husband to get in the car We were NOT staying there. As we were getting in the car a dude walked by us and was telling someone on the phone he was coming to Charlotte to “cap his ass”if he didn’t send his money. Went to front desk was told that my refund would be put back on my card and it of course was not. When I asked the girl at the desk how soon it would be put back she stated that other people have told her just 24 hrs. So apparently the is a normal thing for them. Cops were pulling in as we were pulling out of this trash hole. NEVER RECEIVED REFUND

The rooms were awful. Dirty, moldy smell. Roaches. No Fire alarms. Socket cover in Bathroom was missing they had tape covering it. Bed spreads had burn holes in them. I have pictures of all this

Google maps took us to the back side and that road was blocked off.

Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. The pool looked nice even though we didn’t use it. They had a nice breakfast, I chose a waffle and an apple.

Desk clerk had thick accent. We were barely able to understand him and he didn’t seem to understand us at all. The toilet stopped up and they didn’t fix it. People were outside yelling, smoking pot. The room had stained walls. Dirty
