Asked for pool towels and was told they be brought to us. Didn’t happen. Asked again and told they were in the dryer. At that point gave up. At check in wasn’t given any information about the continental breakfast, pool hours, check out information, and more. Asked for a late check out and only given ann hour extra. Would’ve paid to stay later. Obviously understaffed and those working were trying to pick up the slack. Was there four nights and housekeeping never entered the room, even though I was gone one entire day. Trash can in parking lot was overflowing and not emptied for a couple of days. Lift chairs for pool and jacuzzi for disabled persons were not functional. Had I been traveling with my boyfriend he would’ve been unable to get in and out of the pool and jacuzzi without the lifts.

I liked the kitchenette with full/sized refrigerator, stove burners, and microwave. Nice having a separate living room and bedroom areas. Quiet and comfortable.

Multiple objects in the room were broken. I hope I don't get charged for that. The door almost couldn't be opened, the bathtub faucet handle broke, the stopper to hold water for baths also broke, air conditioner vents were broken, hand washing sink had a broken stopper, toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall. Homeless people sometimes post up and talk right outside of your door.

Plain and simple. It does what it needs to do for a night stay. Customer service was nice as the person was very friendly. The check in process was easy.

The sink was on the outside of the bathroom.

The room was set up weird (sink was outside of the bathroom) but the room was nice and clean. The staff was super nice (I didn’t get her name) but when I booked through booking, it didn’t have my full name. She remembered someone with my name was supposed to check in today so we were able to find my reservation. I didn’t get the try the free breakfast but it looked very good.

Plumbing in the bathroom was a little janky: toilet was hard to flush and sink knobs were weird and the pool had a lot of silt at the bottom.

Our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. It wasn’t awful and didn’t bother us personally that much, but we called to let the office know when we arrived (to ensure they didn’t charge US for smoking in the room) and they already knew about the smoke. Felt like the room should be discounted or something. We’ve stayed here before and the room was completely clean.

Someone, possibly someone who wasn't staying at the hotel, woke us up around 1 am talking loudly and walking the passages on the second floor. He seemed to be unhinged. It ruined the night's sleep.

We requested a room close to an elevator or on the front floor due to my husband not being able to walk far. Our room was on 3rd floor and not near the elevator. The guy at the front desk was not that friendly but the rest of they staff I encountered was.

The location was great for what we needed. I appreciated the light by the rooms so you weren't completely in the dark entering your room there was a nice selection for breakfast to.

No complaints, the hotel is doing some renovations, but it wasn’t a problem.

It was in a great location 30mins from Westgate entertainment. 15mins from staple center. I booked and canceled three hotels prior to finalizing on this one traveling on a budget trying to find an inexpensive place to stay. This was my final decision and it was perfect. Nothing lavish, basic clean room to take a shower and get ready, staff was friendly. be mindful of peoples time check out at checkout time! There was a little bit of a wait at check-in due to room, not being ready. The staff was pleasant and work hard and is appreciated.

The staff could have been more friendly. When I entered 1 staff was checking someone in and another was on the computer (I later found out he was also checking someone in. No one said welcome or we are working on checking in guests we will be with you in a moment. No acknowledgement at all. When it was finally our turn the guy just asked what's the name? No greeting, no welcome, no sorry for the wait. Took my ID and card for the deposit. Then told me it would be about 10 minutes because they had to make sure the room was clean. I was confused. It was 5 and check in time was 3. I thought for sure our room would be ready by this time. Then when it was ready they called my name, I signed and he told me room 203. No map, no here's how you get here, didn't tell me about breakfast or where anything was. I had to ask where is this room. Then it was an answer of its right here in that building. No one ever apologized for the wait or gave an explanation as to why we had to wait. It seemed as though the staff didn't really want to talk to anyone. Even in the morning for breakfast, no one ever said good morning as we walked by the desk. Just seems like the staff needs some training in guest services and how to be friendly to guests and make them feel welcome.

Room was great. My room had a little kitchenette with a full refrigerator, one bedroom and a sofa with a pullout bed and 2 tvs. It was perfect for my 2 kids and I. The pool and hottub were nice. The breakfast had a nice spread. There was eggs, potatoes, sausage, bagels, muffins, make your own waffle, cereal, yogurt, juice, and coffee. We only stayed 1 night but overall we're happy with our stay

Reserved a room with a pull out bed, room didn't have one. Two TVs only one remote, but it didn't matter because the TV in the main room didn't work.

Great location for my intended destinations. Bed was super comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were great.

The smelled in my room.

Check in was fast and easy, the property was nice and clean, big parking lot, staff was nice and helpful. The room smelled a bit like pee so I had to go and buy febrezze that was my only issue. Breakfast was good.
