Hanging rack for clothes fell off the wall. Couldn't come fix it with no maintenance on site. No outlets to plug in charging devices. Only way to charge anything was the outlet on the table lamp. Not enough outlets. Not enough towels for 2 people.

The amenities stated there would be a hair dryer. There was not. Nick in maintenance put one up. It was used and needed to be cleaned. The rack for cloths was falling off the wall. Nick fixed it but no hangers. Still could not hang cloths. Fixtures, faucets. Toilet paper holder. All loose. Drapes hung over the air, heater. Blocked the flow.

The maintenance provider, his name was Nick, he was very friendly.

Bathroom was disgusting. There was mold and mildew in the shower stall and door and mold at the top of the wall. I have more pics but there is no room to add more.

The floor in the bathroom and in front of the sink was sticky. The bottom 4 or so inches of the shower curtain was stained black with what looked like mold. We did not shower due to this. The pool was closed for repair and that was not indicated when we booked our stay.

Room smelled like secondhand smoke, the check-in inconvenience, parking is limited. Microwave didn’t work.

My stay was fine. Walls are paper thin and we could heard the neighbors talking. AC unit was very loud, but at least helped to drown out the neighbor’s sound. The front desk entrance was being renovated, so we had to walk over next door to their sister hotel to check in. IMO the stay was not worth $205 for a one night stay.

Office was closed, permanent or that day due to an absence? Sign on door said to head to sister" hotel, Baymont, for check-in, next door. Inside is very worn & dated. I don't think deadbolt was working, tho very secure looking lock on door handle. Windows not clean. Carpet when you enter, then most of room is faux slate tiles. Fridge & microwave, essentially clean & well-kept. Paint peeling in shower. One of those rooms that smells of cleaner, windows don't open. Tho, when my activities rained out & I had to stay in room most of day, I hooked the door chain to keep it from opening all the way & had lovely fresh air all day.

I did not go to breakfast, but motel is in a cluster of several hotels, all of which were within 12 minutes drive to my early AM destination. Plenty of sit-down & fast food in the neighborhood. I like ease of a motel~1st floor room, car parked outside my door. Easy access, just a minute or two off US-41. Despite nearness to highway, there is an earthen bank in front of hotel that kept it more quiet than you'd expect.

Internet was slow because you needed to be close to router but close was under it not working on desk. but other than that all was good and clean!

You have to schedule them to clean your room, not a big deal, it was easy to do but I feel like they should at least empty the trash can everyday! Thare is plenty of bigger trash can sitting outside the hotel!

Let's start with the reservation. Even though the reservation was confirmed through Booking.com it was not communicated to the hotel. In trying to straighten it out, it would have been nice if the Booking.com rep could have spoken understandable English. The TV didn't work on Superbowl Sunday. The heater was falling apart and the place was one of the noiser lodging facilities I have stayed at. Although the staff were friendly and said the problems would be addressed, they were never really fixed. I will bet the folks who booked the room after I left confronted the same problems.

The chair in the room was not stable, one of wheel was broken so the chair was not well balanced and it will tilt to the side. There were times I would feel like I'm going to fall off the chair. I'm sensitive to smells and fragrance, so I didn't like it that the room smelled like cigarettes and smoke the whole time we were there. There was no ventilation in the room, so the smell got on my clothes, pillows, blankets, etc.

The staff were amazing and helpful prior to our stay and during the stay. My Mother in law wanted to share a room with my husband and I, so I called the front desk prior to our arrival. The front desk person was understanding and switched my room from a king bed to a double queen. I did have to work in the hotel room on Thursday and Friday and had asked the front desk if I can have an extra chair for my mother in law to sit during the day. He called the maintenance guy to bring an extra chair to the room for us.

No hot water. Friends room had poop in the toilet and someone walked into their room at 2:00 am. Apparently the room had been given to two different groups. Booking. Com was suppose to refund us for the two rooms but so nothing.

They are in the process of remodeling and painting. Rooms looked great! Bathrooms need a little modernization to match the room, but I believe they are working on that. Also, offering a complimentary breakfast, rather than paying for individual items is attractive to travelers on the go and who don’t normally carry cash.

Property was up to my expectations. Dave at the front desk was super friendly and super helpful! He made sure we knew everything we needed to know about our stay and also what was going on in town for things we could do.

Nothing at all as they did not have a room available for us and we were stuck trying to find another room. We ended up paying double for a room over 20 miles away. In addition, took us 3.5 hours to find a new hotel because booking.com would not assist us.

Room is a health hazard! Dirty, non-smoking room smelled so badly caused all 3 of us to get sick, headache, trouble breathing and heavy feeling in our lungs. We were in the room physically less than 1 hour!
