Everything. Extremely poor customer service and the room and the bathroom were filthy. Also, the maid did not follow instructions. I put a do not disturb sign, because I did not want my room cleaned and she still came into my room and she made the be without changing the sheets. HORRIBLE!

If I could give a -0 I would. This hotel was horrific! I literally had to wait 10 minutes to check in. I was screaming hello and no one was in the office. To top it off the floors were fitly and the bathrooms were too! The woman at the front desk and the maid were extremely rude! I would not refer my worst enemy to this hotel. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!!!!!

Room could have been a bit cleaner. There were clumps of hair along side bureaus and floor edging. Floor needed a good vacuuming and mopping.

Rooms were a bit “dated” in appearance but clean, comfortable and exactly how they appeared in photos.

The location was perfect for my needs. The property was clean, beautifully is landscaped and very well kept. The bed linens were clean and fresh, the mattress was extremely comfortable. The room was small but had everything I needed and I felt secure and safe in it. The weather has been extremely hot and humid, and the a/c worked perfectly. The unit was a bit noisy, but I like a bit of steady noise when I sleep. I only interacted with staff briefly, but check in was pleasant and efficient and the maid I met when leaving was friendly and very upbeat. The price was appropriate for the area and amenities.

This is a convenient location, traditional park in front of your room motel. Family lives on site. Very helpful and honest. Clean & comfortable. No frills but everything you need. This was our second stay.

I did hear people talking a bit in the next room in the very early morning hours. The heater was a bit noisy when it kicked on but fortunately did not run endlessly.

The room was decent size for two double beds. For a room that wasn't overly large it had a lot of amenities in it. It was very clean, tidy. Nice that you can just walk to a good breakfast a few doors down.

Very small cramped room. Awkward bathroom configuration and it was very small. We were supposed to have a king size bed, but it was only a full size bed. Noisy a/c.

The room is a little snug, but it's not meant to be a luxury hotel. It's a clean and comfortable hotel. Also, I don't like the soap they use.

They're very friendly and will call to make sure you get out in time so you don't get charged extra. The room is comfortable and has everything you need. The location is great, too!

The straight armed "easy" chair.

The room was clean and well appointed. I was especially impressed with the quality of the furniture and the number of electrical outlets. (a small but necessary thing these days) I was also pleased to find the existence of a refrigerator/freezer and microwave.

Listing indicated breakfast, but there was none. Also, l was put off by a phone call reminding me check out was about 15 minutes away - never received a call like that at any hotel I've stayed. Internet was very w weak.

Very clean and close to the place l was in that area for in the first place. I've already booked my next stay, which is 2 months away.
