Good location, close to the Metro station, restaurants nearby. Excelent breakfast and good coffes. Clean, spaceous rooms whith kitchenette idel for some days.

the Check out clerk tried to make me pay a “cancellation” fee equal to one nights stay because I had to depart one night earlier!!! Ridiculous!

the stay was okay. Why are consumers paying the same price for fewer services? the rooms are cleaned every other day.

House keeping never came during our stay. We wanted to enjoy the pool, however there was a group there with several kids that were running, flipping into the pool, pushing, diving (all of which were against pool rules). The lifeguard just let it happen. Every few minutes they'd go to the door and let more people in who didn't have a key card to access the pool it was obvious that most of them weren't hotel guests, so it's a bit frustrating that they were allowed to enjoy the pool without paying for the amenity and that was taken from us.

Great location with lots of resturants and a grocery store within walking distance. Parking is $25 a night, but if you chose not to drive the metro is close by. The hotel was clean and spacious and we appreciated the full sized fridge. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

It was clean, bed was comfortable and a great location close to everything you may need. Also, it was nice to do not worry about breakfast every morning. Breakfast was good too.

I didn’t care for the bathroom in our room. It felt old and is in need of updating. Also, we drove and when we arrived the hotel’s parking garage was full.

3 main negative point. We booked for 3 people. When we arrived, only the main bed was done. We went down to the reception and the girl said: you have everything in a bag do it yourself… Of course we open the bag and it was missing half of the things. A woman came in give me in front of the door the missing things and that s all… I would expect that the people do something to recover. Second point was the cleaning. We booked 4 nights. A woman came the 2 days. Our daughter asked if she can come later and nobody came anymore… We have to come back to the reception the 3 days to ask something happening and the woman was not in favor to do it. We had to negotiate for something happening. Third point were the breakfasts not at the same level every days… we globally expected a better service regarding the price.

The Very very positive point is David who serve you during the breakfast. He is so nice and pleasant. The second point was the size of the studio that is quite enough

Location is great! The price is very reasonable with free breakfast. Everyone is very nice especially Dave who is the chef who serve the breakfast. He is fun person and love his job and provide excellent service to his customer

No bottled water in the room is a small let down. And the requirement to ring the doorbell when you first check in is slightly off-putting, mostly becuase the signage isn't as obvious as it could be (considering newly arriving guests are distracted with checking their belongings, towing bags, etc.)

Breakfast is nice and has the most friendly staff of all! The hot food items seem to rotate daily.

In a good location to take metro. The court yard had nice restaurants, also a Star Bucks.

Very clean coustermer service was good. Jacuzzi and pool was well serviced. The breakfast was good.

When I checked in I was told a $160 incidental charge and that was fine. When I checked my account there was an additional unexplained charge that no one could give me an answer for. The life guard in the pool won’t allow children to have pool toys, splash each other or have essentially any fun small kids want to have in, he was a real prick to another customer about getting towels. Also the bathrooms clearly had black mold that had been caulked over. I was also given the wrong room and after my wife unpacked they wanted to argue with me about the room having a safe when it clearly didn’t then they moved us to the actual room we rented. It was a giant hassle, wouldn’t go back for anything other than the location. Terrible place if you have little kids that want to have fun on family vacation.

The location was good. Everything short metro ride away.
