The shuttle in the morning was leaving every 30 minutes. I thought that there will not be much traffic etc at 5.30. There was no traffic indeed but the shuttle bus was full and my terminal was one of the last ones. So better to count up to 20-25 minutes - if your terminal will be the last one for drop-off and arrive at the reception a bit earlier than directly at the departure time.

I arrived at JFK in the evening and my next flight was on the next day in the morning. The hotel provided free and very convenient shuttle bus - you just have to follow the instructions which you got from the hotel. The room as such - very comfortabel, clean and generally nice - I could stay few days more, not just for transfer. The staff was very nice and helpful.

It did not appear to be near many restaurants, but the Marriott that was on the same property had a restaurant/bar and it was VERY good. The hotel staff also offered take out menus and recommendations for other options.

We had travel delays at JFK Airport and wanted a nearby, well-appointed hotel for our overnight stay. Super friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Shuttle service to JFK was available and convenient. The room felt huge after our week in Manhattan! The space had a small kitchen that we did not use, a love seat, and a decently sized desk/dresser. This would have been perfect for a long stay. Very nice and comfortable accommodations.

Was ona very short layover in NY and this hotel was close to the airport, easy to get to and nice. It was clean, quiet and the staff were great. The shuttle to/from the airport was awesome and easy, even with late landing & early departures.

Stayed overnight prior to morning flight. Free shuttle to the airport both ways. Good service. Check in fast and easy. Room clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed, cold AC, hot shower, fast internet, plenty of storage, quiet. Breakfast very good. Got 2 helpings. Would stay here again. Thank you m

no in-house restaurant (have to go next door) you have to call the shuttle from the airport (couldnt due to international plan) check out is midday and nowhere but the lobby to hang out until flight

The hotel is located within 7 minutes of JFK and provides a frequent shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms are designed to have all you need for a short or even longer stay. There is a fitness area and even a laundry room which is great. The newer hotel just across the drop off area has a great bar and restaurant. What we loved the most were the staff members, The hostess at the restaurant was amazing and the reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in a better room since we initially only had one bed for 3 people (our little son needed one of his own)

The hotel exceeded my expectations.

This is the perfect place to stay for a lay over. The hotel offers free shuttle service, all staff we met was very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was superb. Go for it!

I left before breakfast opened at 6:30 am so I would recommend having some breakfast options for those who have to go to the airport early in the morning. There was also a continuous white noise in my room that came from the bathroom. And the AC was too loud, unfortunately -- at the end I switched it off.

The hotel was convenient to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and efficient.

Had a very quick layover, so I really didn't stay long enough to observe any negatives, except: the shuttle lettering should glow in the dark to make it easy to identify, and the shuttle schedule should be featured in online marketing.

Shuttle, breakfast, and proximity to JFK really big pluses.

There can be better way to contact Hotel for shuttle. Every international traveller has data and Whatsapp call should be made available to us to contact Hotel. I had to approach a complete stranger to use his mobile to call Hotel. Other than that slight hiccup, shuttle pick up arrived promptly at pick up location. The other thing i hope can be improved is the limited food options, which was indicated by Residence Inn perhaps, there could be a kitchen serving some food options especially for overnight stays.

Close to Airport, as a result did not worry about traffic. It was a comfortable room for a stopover.

I missed the breakfast in the Marriott residence because I understood that it would be opened until 10,30 at the Marriott hotel just in front included in my rate. But we had to pay a miserable breakfast in cash because they didn’t accept credit card. This is unacceptable for a Marriott Hotel in NY.
