The property was having some restoration work done outside on the building therefore there was quite a bit of traffic outside the windows of the room we were staying in. No fault of the property, but somehow it should be noted some where before booking

The gentleman at the front desk helped us without a problem, however, he was quite rude to the people ahead of us and then made comments to us about them. Very unprofessional.

The pool was useless to us because it isn't heated and was far too cool to even get into during our stay. That was very disappointing, but our only major complaint.

Overall a good stay. Staff was fantastic! Room was clean, comfortable and served our needs well. Welcome snack/water packets were very appreciated and a super nice touch!

When we arrived, had trouble getting wi-fi in our room. We had to deal with that for an hour. But the girl at the front desk was very helpful and resolved the issue. Unfortunately we were put across the hall from a very young family with three children, just wish we were spread out some, they were a very noisy family. We didn’t like the breakfast, at 8:40 am food was cold, and meat selection was gone. Would skip it next time.

Noisy, I could hear my people slamming, not sure if it was from upstairs or next door. After checking in & checking out the room. When walking thru the lobby, I saw a live roach. I was extremely paranoid for the rest of the night. The bed didn’t have a bed bug mattress protector. And the anti skid part of the tub was dingy.

The leader pushed me off as if she was to busy to listen to my concerns. She pushed a sister hotel on me, and when I did not want that she cared nothing about my concerns. Katy was extremely rude and I am unsure why she is in customer service. Reservations was cancelled even after I tried to speak with them to make sure it didn't, Katy nor Tiffany cared enough to help make sure that didn't happen.

The staff person that checked me in was friendly, and nice to work with. She did her best to fix a problem she did not create. She also had a positive attitude.

It was not as clean as I would like for the price. I reserved 2 rooms and both rooms had partial rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. In these Covid times, I think paper goods should be fresh for each guest. My room has not been vacuumed. Food was left in the refrigerator from the previous guest. The sheets were questionable, and both rooms smelled like dirty ashtrays.

The lady that took care of breakfast was very nice and helpful.

The people in the room next to us went in and out of their room and slammed the door each time from 9:00 until 2:30am. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. At 2:30 am I walked to the front desk and finally a man came out of the office. I told him of the situation and he immediately made excuses for the people slamming the door. He said they “had just checked in” and they couldn’t possibly be making noise. Then he said he just “unstopped their toilet” and they weren’t making noise then. No apology was offered. I told him that I had a long drive and needed sleep and he shrugged his shoulders and walked off. I expect better since I was paying for two rooms at a very premium price.
