Room service was either non-existent or very hard to find as I could not find any information about how to order anything to the room. The room had a very strange odor that I could not identify the source, and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling that was painted over.

Couch pullout mattress has terribly stained and needed replacement. No wastebaskets in the bathrooms. Bathroom fans were terribly weak. Trim in bathroom looked like it was chewed on by an animal and painted over. Very old looking vanities in bathroom. Uneven flooring in living room.

There were not much breakfast varieties but all together it’s manageable. The open room upstairs was not so good for my kids. It’s very dangerous to leave kids that jumps on bed to be there.

The facility is clean and comfortable for us . So it served our purpose.

Old chair and couch. We had to request to change our room due to small table which was replacing kitchen island and no door on one of kitchen cabinet where garbage bin was located. Some time we could here foot steps from above apartment.

Friendly staff, quick check in. Great location for my purpose. Comfortable mattress. Not too soft nor too firm. Good breakfast, different egg selection everyday. From 5 night stay we had one day bacon. Scramble , boiled eggs, omelet like egg, Cereals, cream cheese, bagel, waffles , small muffins , fruits etc…

The carpet was a but dirty and worn. The room was really dark and the paint job color was too bright and didn't help with the relax vibe.

Location was great and the fact people had their dogs made it feel more like home. Liked having a kitchen but I would have liked having more light in the kitchen from prep.

Location is the best for us to see family and dog park nearby. Also appreciated our own vacuum cleaner to get up pet hair. Very comfortable room and plenty of room.

Went to breakfast around 08:30, and as we came in, the receptionist told us that they had run out of everything, now I was told that breakfast was included with the price I had for the overnight stay. The receptionist showed no urgency in trying to make something happen, and was short, with us and seemed to brush us off. So that was the only dissapointing thing that happened with our stay.

Hot breakfast NOT available but was advertised in listing (major reason for choosing hotel). Aftet a year, one would think they would list correctly and honestly. Hard boiled eggs in brown bag breakfast inedible (tasted a bit like vinegar). Room door very difficult to open, took 15x times the first night, 5x the next day to finally open door with key card. I'm not paranoid but was surprised to see shelf with popcorn/crumbs in kitchen upon arrival.

The Staff was extremely rude. Wouldn't honor my booking.com reservation and never once ask if I was ok or if I needed anything mind you I could barely walk and was alone most of the time since my kids had to work. in the 4 weeks I stayed they never once came and cleaned my room restocked my toliet paper or towels. they were horrible

I had back surgery right before I got there, I was supposed to stay for 4 weeks. I renewed my stay every week. Not once did they honor my booking. com reservation They c charged me double

I had back surgery right before my 30 day stay with this facility. They show zero empathy with my injury every time I had to come to the office the staff sat and watched my struggle to open both doors> I booked and rebooked on booking.com and they refused to honor my reservation with you and charged me their rate each week and when I refused to pay their rate during the 3rd week they turned around and illegally charged my mother card (no clue how they had it on file when she used it once to just buy me something from their little store) So because I kept bringing to their attention about the rate and then my mother brought to their attention about the payments. They were treating me very coldly. The final straw was when I found a HUGE cockroach in their bathroom. So I tell them this very discretely and the next thing I knew I am being told I have 2 hoors to vacate the property. That was unreasonable since I just had back surgery. I ubered up to try and get a uhual and when I finally was able to get ahold of a friend and get a uhual It had been 2.5 hrs and when I returned back to the property They had locked me out of the facility.
