Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThe problem was I was going to have dinner from 8:30 to 9:00 and with the view the electric curtain wouldn't work that is open we wanted to watch the sun go down while we ate and the air conditioner I set for 68 it was 73 in the room and I wanted it cool so we could come in after riding scooters sit down and eat and watch the Sun go down that did not happen instead we had maintenance people fix it. Also the guitars in the guitar room did not have bottom strings and one of the rooms was being used as a luggage holder.
The price was nice and clean and location was great

Hotel is conveniently located downtown and easy to get to. Rooftop bar had amazing views. I really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel which you experience from the moment you step inside the hotel and all the way up to when you step inside your hotel room. I really enjoyed the music playing in my room and left it playing all day and night as it just added to fun weekend I had planned. The amenity closet was a convenient amenity to get extra towels when ever I needed without having to wait on staff to bring them to me. I really enjoyed staying here!

United StatesThe only complaints I have would be that we only got one room card, which was a struggle to share with four people. Also, there was no microwave or fridge in the rooms, which was a little disappointing. The parking wasn’t bad, just a little overpriced. Additionally, instructions to connect to Alexa would be great; something so simple we were struggling with to connect our phones. Overall, these are just suggestions to consider. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here for the Bad Bunny concert at State Farm Arena. The hotel was beautiful, everyone was super friendly, and the rooms were nice. They were equipped with high-end technology, which I thought was really nice. Also, the view we had was amazing. I would say it was a really nice experience. Additionally, I loved how each room had its own Alexa to play music. The shampoo and conditioners were probably my favorite; they left my hair amazing. Also, makeup removers in the bathroom were amazing. I have never seen a hotel do that before; I thought that was pretty cool after a long day to remove your makeup. Overall, if you are looking for a place to stay for a concert, I definitely recommend it. It was only a 5-minute walk, and you save yourself from paying so much for arena parking.

We were attending an event at Mercedes Benz stadium. The closeness to the arena was great. We parked on-site and did not have to leave. The food and drinks we ordered from the bar were amazing.

United StatesNot enough employees. The kitchen had to close bc they couldn’t keep up with number of orders. There were long lines at the bar due to 1-2 bartenders max. But, mostly my only negative was the $$. I way overpaid for our stay. (My own fault - I booked in a panic, and should have checked $ through the hotel website instead of booking.com)
The hotel was very clean, smelled great, comfortable & impressively quiet room. I actually realllly loved the room! We had a cool view too!
