Hard to get clarity on what is in the area , parking price was a shocker, loud hallway noise waking us at night and morning

This is for other travelers with a vehicle as a "heads up" only. The entrance is a bit tricky to find as it seems like you are driving into an alley and it isn't very obvious on google maps. We drove around the hotel until we figured out we were supposed to drive into what looked like an alley way. Not a big deal but would be trickier in the dark.

Location of hotel was fabulous to walk everywhere. We came with a rental vehicle and I liked that you could park underground as part of the hotel. Parking is expensive in San Francisco (you need to pay extra) but I was happy not to have to worry about the car. The breakfasts were amazing (exceeded expectations), the staff were well organized. Given the amount of people in for breakfast, the staff was like a well oiled machine. I would definitely stay here again!

Ideally located to explore the San Francisco Bay with many tourist activities nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Very good continental breakfast. Attentive service with parking (but it is paid and quite expensive). A decent conference hotel

Breakfast was very busy and chaotic regardless of what time you went in to get it. Socket in room didn't work properly even after maintenance man looked at it.

Clean hotel in a great location. Nice pool area. Lovely reception area. Very pleased with this hotel. Stayed in it 7?yrs ago and was just as good then.

I only stayed one night but I imagine parking can get pretty expensive at $60 a night.

The entire hotel was impressively clean and comfortable. The breakfast was big with a lot of options and they staff was great.

There was no real door to the bathroom which is less than ideal for New Romantic weekends

Facilities are a bit dated; I think being down by the water it's hard to keep up the buildings. Windows were filthy, to the point all you could see was dirt. We didn't have enough pillows and it was too late to request them. Blankets were lackluster/thin- what happened to fluffy hotel comforters?

The fact that we actually had a 'view' of the street was a bonus; usually when we book rooms in Fishermans Wharf we get an inner courtyard / air conditioning unit, but unfortunately it overlooked a bus terminal. Great tourist location. Amazing (free) breakfast spread; surprised it's not advertised more - it's a HUGE plus!!

Late check in at 3.00pm as did not cater for those who arrived early morning. Insufficient bar staff in the evening. Often only one person serving. Very little information available about the facilities at the hotel.

The location was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but could need freshening up with some new paint. Bathroom a little small.

Room view could have been better. The bathroom in our room was very small.

Location was in walking distant to fisherman’s ward and many attractions. The lobby was beautiful. Also the full breakfast had a lot of options. While we didn’t get to use it the pool area also looked great. We really also liked that we were able to continue to park until 4pm after our noon checkout.

I thought it was overpriced for what the room included. The room was nice, but there was no microwave and the toilet pressure to flush was really weak. I thought the extra charge to park there was a bit much. Of course we would pay for the parking to have peace of mind that our things would be safe in the parking garage. All in all, it was just pricy for the one night

Loved that it was within walking distance of a lot of shops and fisherman's warf. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and spacious and I liked that checkout was at 12 as opposed to other places that want you out by 10

The bathroom is very small and has no vent.
