We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe office clerks attitude. Refused to allow me to purchase soda and said I don’t have to sell my soda to you. For no reason he did this and he wouldn’t show up to the hotel from t desk because he was being lazy and said that I should go to the store but the store wasn’t in walking distance and I had no vehicle and he was just being rude and insensitive and racist. From the very beginning he was giving me strange vibes as if automatically I’m going to be a problem because of my skin color. He was just really pissing me off.

United StatesCame back to this dump to try and get my belongings left there in room 121 on August 10th. Ended up going into the hospital on August 11th. Came back there on September 27th. Couldn't even enter the building that night or the next morning to speak with the manager about my belongings left there on August 10th. When I checked in the entry door is locked, communication through a Ring doorbell. Two very young children came out into the locked office, had me slide my ID under a plexiglass glass slot to check in and get my access card. NO MANAGER WAS PRESENT JUST THEIR VERY YOUNG CHILDREN FOR THE CHECK IN!!!! The next morning around 9:30 AM I went to check out and speak to the manager and no one would come into the office! I had to speak with some women through the Ring doorbell about my belongings that were left there and she said that wasn't her problem!!!! I was told to drop my access card into the mailbox! What kind of game are they playing! This is no way to run a business! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

United StatesThe tub was stained yellow, the sheets didn’t fit the bed, the bed also had cigarette ashes al in the creases. the pillows weren’t white and had makeup stains that was washed but still visible. I would never stay here again and even overheard other people complain as well as I was checking out. “This place is nasty” The room should be $9.99 a night and even that’s too high! The sink was in the bedroom and not in the bathroom and only one lamp worked, kids previously have drawn on the headboard with smiley faces,we also had to move the night stand in front of the door because the lock seemed a bit janky. If you can avoid it and sleep in your car, I would’ve rather done that. Wish I would’ve took photos. I stayed in room 116. Also our door says jacuzzi with no jacuzzi. Make it make sense

United StatesIf I was able to get into a room ! The customer service was horrible they told me to go to hell it was bad I was forced to sleep in my car !! Can I please get a my money back this is not fair. After getting very upset they offered me a room with nothing but MOLD inside, I can never sleep in a place like that I told the lady there’s MOLD all over the room to find me a better on that’s all they had I was forced to sleep in my car I can’t sleep SOMEWHERE where there is Mold HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
We could not get into our rooms ! We arrived a little after 12 am And we’re told we can not check in . And was force to sleep in our car !! I ask for a refund they told me no and to call bookings!! I’am very busy person I didn’t get a chance to call and complain for our money back it was a horrible experience! I would like my refund back ! I was not able to get into a room !! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

United StatesNever got an adult to talk to until it was time to leave. Only because we were there 15 minutes after check out time. Which i have an email saying I could leave at 2pm. Dead flies on the window seal. Filthy stove and microwave. Dirty floors. Oh my in the kitchen drawers. And the best part went to take a shower and there was no water. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There should be a rating of zero and that's what they would get.
