The over all experience was bad.. the room had roaches. The floor was dirty. There was no remote for the TV. The sheets and pillows were dirty. Only one towel to shower with. The staff could care less to help the situation.

It was a horrible place, and I was in line for a long time for the check-in. We couldn't find the bedroom easily when I found it with no curtains (people could see the bedroom through the glass). I went back to the receptionist, and she gave me another bedroom. I check it out, the bathroom sink was broken on the floor, I told my partner that he was in the car ( he was worried about leaving the car itself at the parking spot because weird people were staring at him/it), and we just left terrified of this scam hotel. They charged me an extra $40. We were looking for another place to stay...

There were crackheads running around, people shooting upon the platforms, hookers standing around, room was nasty, 1filthy floppy pillow each bed, tv was stollen, roaches in the fridge door kicked in at one time. I paid and did not even stay and booking.com would not issue a refund. Horrible hotel and horrible booking site!

Everything, the rooms were absolutely disgusting. Had to switch 3 times before I said forget it and just slept in my car instead. The best way to describe this place and the rooms itself is it looks like a crime scene. There was an actual candle vigil outside near the back too so whoever passed away may you rest in peace. I requested for a refund and they couldn’t even do that. Smh this place is a complete joke.

There was absolutely nothing I liked about this property, I don’t even know why they’re open.

Very low class, dirty facility. After walking around finding many "questionable" people smoking marijuana and blocking the filthy walkways and not being able to find my room, I immediately went back to the office and returned my key-card. I would not recommend. this location to anyone I know...............unless I didn't like them. I found much better, cleaner and safer lodging that night..........IN MY CAR!

When we arrived into our room there was just so much wrong with the room which I wouldn't even allow an infant to be there because most of the outlets on the Walls were not covered and they were just hanging out of the and the toilet wasn't even working and when I brought it to attention the night security guard was the one who had to attempt to fix the problem with the toilet, the bathroom door was rotted at the bottom due to water damage which found out there was a huge plumbing problem aka a major clog in the toilet which kept running and flooded the floor, my girl and i didnt feel safe at that location where we had a constant urge to keep checking on our car and when i went to check on the car looking out the window i bumped the AC wire and it exposed the wires in the outlet box which then started sparking and in an attempt to make sure there wasnt any fire i tried to unplug the wire and doing so i was electrocuted and I never did get the plug out i made sure the ac was heater was off and after a brief moment of coming back to reality i got off the floor and went to notify the office where i was approached by the night security guard and i informed him of the issue and he immediately went to see the problem and noticed the wires were completely burned and then he said that he would be right back and a moment later he said the owner would be on the property in the morning and that they wanted to talk to me about the issue and he also offered to move my girl and i to a completely different room but i said it would be ok that we stayed and finished the last few hours because we already were relaxing and unpacked a few of our items and didnt want to hassle anyone then the security guard said alright hope you guys have a kinda great rest of your stay.

I am stated several times, how bad this property was. The customer service I received in regard to my refund is equally unsettling. There was blood splattered walls, Baby cockroaches I’m not so baby cockroaches. We weren’t there more than 30 minutes and had to leave, it was New Year’s Eve so it wasn’t easy to find another hotel when I spent all my money on the next one which is equally as bad down on McDowell. I had three children with me ages six, seven and 14. And my 6Y/O boy is autistic and very sensitive as well as my seven-year-old little girl, the experience was more than I would like them to remember, something they may have nightmares about.

There was no heater, no hot water, no working microwave, no TV, no pool, no towels, half the lights didn't work, holes in ceiling, holes in bathroom wall, most of power outlets didn't work, door had no lock, window was plexiglass which is a fire hazard. Smoke detector was missing, pool was green, scum bags every where. This place is horrible and would never stay here again. This place is nothing like the pictures and nothing like the description. They refused to give us a new room or refund. I'm demanding a Refund! Would have been safer on the streets and cleaner! This place is a freaking joke and it is appealing that booking.com has you on their website! Staff was very rude and did nothing to change any of the problems! Including letting us have towels so we could take a unpleasant cold shower because like I said no hot water. Wish I could attach the pictures I took so everyone could see the truth. Btw the curtains had blood and boogers all over them.

The whole property needs to be shut down! I’ve been trying to get a full refund for nights I didn’t even stay because the two rooms they tried to put me in were disgusting and not even cleaned for next guest. Still no refund!! Don’t waste your money here. And people walk around the property doing drugs and will try to follow you into your room. Worst experience I’ve ever had! They don’t even have towels, toilet paper or sheets for the beds. Damn shame.

TV was smashed in... Bed was urinated in and just made back up to look okay... There were piles of food waist under the bed where cockroaches were feeding... They had me send them payment for the room directly to the security officers personal cash app account... I was told by staff that my family could not stand near a particular residents vehicle because he will yell at the staff and come out with his gun(everyone is scared of this guy and yet staff has him staying there still)... The sink didn't have a faucet and all the lights but one were not working.... Several people came up to my teenage sons and I asking for fentanyl...The worst experience and waste of my money!!!! I'm actually very ashamed that I took my fam to a place like this one!!!

Absolutely nothing at all... I've never paid to stay someplace so run down and filthy but not just filthy but utterly disgusting and disturbing... I struggle to see how a place like this is operating at all....

the second room had neither things, was oddly dirty, no pillow cases / towles / trash can / ect. & was $85 + a $40 deposit that I STILL haven't received :( Only the one from the 1st night .

2/3 of the staff members were very nice and helpful, and the first room I was in on the first day (was there for 2days/two different rooms) was great, had a tv, and a fridge! was really cheap too($50ish + $40 deposit that I got back on my card a week later as expected).
