No toilet paper or towels in room. TV did not work let alone no remote control. Both sink and bath tub faucets did not work- had to use plyers.

A big room with 2 queen size bed was not something I was asking for. I rather needed a clean room for one person. There were many house flies in the room and in bathroom. There was no towels, no toilet tissues, no hand-wash soap. Pillows were dirty or at least looked very dirty. I guess even bedsheets were dirty, I didn't even feel like looking at them. I had a very bad feeling to sleep on those beds. I covered one pillow with my own towel to put under my head.

The room was big, space for 4 people.

The fact that we should have had a working television...the television worked but we had no remote. The toilets were horrible...it over flowed with just a piece of tissue paper and had the floor soaked pass my heels. The staff was no accommodating although there was one lady trying to help . My only thing is that when we went to ask for a different room and they said they were booked...why then when we look out our curtain there is an empty , perfectly clean kept room. It was probably one of their finest, the ones they used in the pictures . Is this still meant we couldn't utilize this room if we had no television and for the bonus the air conditioner sounded louder than a power generator . It was kicking and knocking and for so long I thought it was going to explode. Also I have never been somewhere a day in my life where I've heard people let their kids yell and scream . Outside our room, some people let their kids yell to the top of their lungs as if they were holding candy in front of them enticing them to make this disturbance. My issue isn't with the kids but with their parents and with the hotel for it's service and maintenance.

Drug deals going on in the parking lot. Girls screaming. Ceiling in bathroom falling in.water leaving. No TV. Microwave or refrigerator. Very rude front desk. Refused to let me see manager. Refused to refund 2nd night. We had to leave. So very unsafe.

Bed was caved in the middle, couch was very old, tv didn’t have a cord or remote, next door people slamming doors and arguing in the middle of the night! To top it off we waited 3 hours to get into our room again because the key card wasn’t working, along with many other guests…

cheap rate should be 200 a week though main woman who runs it was rude the first time I stayed my room was DISGUSTING even after the housekeeper “cleaned it” the floors were filthy and I had to use a towel to walk everywhere and the towel(s) turned BLACK

Smell in room, no amenities like fridge, towels, no blow dryer, sleeping sheets and bed smelled funky, a couple cockroaches were found dead and alive, motel had not too trusting of people next door, tv kept going on and off and not the best night stay motel.

Price tbh, rest wasn’t too happy with.
