Parking is tight. Our passenger car door got dented.

Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Short driving distance to Arches National Park. Clean and friendly 👌 I would definitely stay there again.

Great property. 3500 mile road trip a this was the best we stayed at. Dog friendly. Pool was warm love it, the slide there was used by all. Bed was great.

We stayed four nights and did not have a full room clean. They just made the beds and got the trash.

It has a quaint feel and is fun for the whole family. The staff is great, and they did extra things to make it fun (brought free popsicles to the pool one day).

The hotel was older and even though it looks like they renovated it, they neglected to fix everything. We had soft spots in our floor and the laminate flooring was bubbling up. Our are conditioner leaked water all over the floor and the bathroom next to the pool was always stopped up and filthy. Many light fixtures on the property didn’t work. No one seemed to keep up with the maintenance or janitorial duties.

Nice pool area, however, the hot tub was broken. Had a cool vintage feel and a nice game room.

Great location! Easy drive to Arches and canyonlands, and walking distance to restaurants and pubs. We didn't use the pool but find its location a bit weird, it's right next to the main road so there is no privacy.

So many memories to be made here. Mid-Century Modern motel with all the amenities expected of a Best Western. A heated bean pool with a circular slide, hot tub in the middle of town. Great continental breakfast with large breakfast room. Check out their huge mid-century bathroom with golden fixtures in the breakfast/break room and the game room too! Walk to downtown to all the restaurants, coffee cafes, cowboy and adventure/gear stores. The staff are local and will do everything to make this place a comfortable and memorable place to stay! Arches is amazing! Highly recommend you get there for free before 7am or after 4pm. Otherwise you will have to make a reservation on Recreation.gov for timed after 7am. This is my 5th stay in this motel in 2 years. There are plenty of other hotels/motels in the area but none as convenient and memory making as this place. To whomever the owners are, thank you for making this a memorable retreat place to stay!!!

Rooms was spacious for our gripe of 4, clean and beautiful! The game room was a plus, my kids loved the pool and the slide. The breakfast was really good. You can walk almost everywhere form the hotel. We are DEFINITELY staying here if we go back

Our room could have been a little cleaner, there were dust bunnies in the corners. Although the rooms were “renovated” you can tell that a lot of it was cheaply done and they cut corners (at least in our room). The bathroom door was clearly chipped and needed to be repaired at the bottom but it was just painted over, the floors were new but weren’t level and were bubbled up in the bathroom, things like that. Also the bedding was super thin, it’s basically just a sheet on the bed so we ended up being cold at night especially if we ran the AC at all.

We liked the location, you’re right in town so we were able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants. My kids loved that it had a pool that was heated. We appreciated that they offered breakfast.

Kids got really itchy by the chlorine levels in the pool and the slide tore up their backs. The breakfast didn’t offer anything for our gluten allergies, which was expected, but it would have been nice given how much we paid for the room.

We knew what to expect. It’s an old roadside motel that looks nice online and, while it was fine in person, you see that it isn’t as nice as the pictures. It was a fun experience for our kids staying in an old roadside motel. The bunk beds were convenient and allowed for our entire family to be in one room.
