The restaurant was bizarre to say the least. We waited for waiter for about 15 minutes. The cooks and co worker were watching a basketball game until we asked for the waiter. He showed up from the outside from a side door? He took our order, then we waited another 30 minutes for the food. After he brought my cheeseburger it was then he asked what I wanted on it? I asked for lettuce, he went to the back and returned a few minutes later. After we got our food all three of the staff darted outside again until we finished the meal. Wonder what’s so interesting in the parking lot? Another turnoff was dirty bare foot patrons in the restaurant too.

Dates and dirty. Floor was sticky with some unknown substance. Odd smell. Nice couple at the front desk though.

Only had two pillows for each bed. We prefer at least 3 per bed. There was no Kleenex tissues in our room.. No dresser for our clothes, etc.

The room was small and you could hear neighbors all night long. Very loud, the beds were horribly firm and hurt my back.

Smelled of smoke, alarms on doors went off all evening, black mold on shower ceiling of my in-laws room, no coffee pot in our room. Could use a good scrubbing down hallways and stairway.

Front desk workers were great, room was decent enough for one night stay and you could tell it was recently redone. Facility was cool with older decor. Overall for the stay I would give them 7/10

NOISE … every time anyone opened the fire door opposite our bedroom door, it slammed shut loudly. This occurred continually all night. Many of our neighbours had jacuzzi suites. They were using them on and off all night long. CLEANLINESS the floors are black tiles but they are sticky and grimy - testified to by the footprints I made every time I got in and out of bed

It was a bit grubby and needs a really good clean. It smelt unpleasant and there was no natural light. The air conditioning was on all night. There were no windows to the outside in the room (or any room as far as I could tell) so you couldn't get any fresh air.

It has a friendly laid back air. Staff were helpful. It is packed with kitsch route 66 memorabilia. The diner was good.

Had some trouble getting the bedroom tv to work but we eventually got to work. With what sleep we tried to get. We ran into some issues. The bed was very very uncomfortable. The unfortunate thing about that room was the noises throughout the night. The doors from the surrounding rooms were extremely loud. First you'd hear 3 loud beeps. When someone swipes the lock key. Then when the door shuts you'd hear a very loud BANG. We found it very hard to sleep. If you've ever spent a night in jail you'd know what I'm talking about. We planned on checking out at 11am but ended up checking out at 6am instead. With that being said. The room served its purpose...if you get what I mean.

We needed a night away from our day to day lives as parents. So i booked here. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Everything was stocked. Huge bathtub!

Pool was closed and they didn't tell us until we got ready and tried to get in. Asked for more pillows and we were told they didn't have any. No plug in tub so could not take a bath. Bed was so uncomfortable could not sleep.

The hotel was dirty, particularly the motel passageways and rooms. I found them to be 'manky' and in need of a good scrub / refurbishment.

The hotel had a separate entity which ran the bar and catering called Kickers. The staff here were friendly, efficient and the food was good value for money.

The rooms are old! The bedding had an unpleasant scent and it was furnished with backyard wicker furniture!!! WTF!!! :-( When we arrived, although it was at night after 9pm, we had booked via Booking.com, it took 3 different phone calls to the number listed at the front desk to finally receive an answer then an additional 15 minutes for a representative to come to the desk and sign us in! HORRIBLE!!!
