The air conditioner didn't work properly!!

Breakfast was okay. The eggs were good but the sausage didn't look done.

Bathroom & Lamp bulbs were out. I was dissapointed w no food when I had to wait 5minutes for refill of Sausage & eggs. Otherwise eveything was ok.

I was unable to get enough clean wash clothes and towels for my family of four. The toilet was working not working properly. The shower /bathroom needs remodeling was not as clean as it should have been. And there was no trash cans in the bathroom.

The breakfast was good.

The bath fixtures were all messed up. There were nonfunctioning plugs for the sink, so we had to be extremely cautious not to drop anything into the sink. The toilet seat was in need of repair, broken and wobbly, and very uncomfortable to use. The shower/bath fixture was broken so a bath was not possible. We were there for 5 nights and the bath towel distribution was insufficient as we had to continually ask for more towels and was denied a request for more from the maid one time.

Breakfast was very good and so was the location. I also liked the quietness in the hallway and the room. The setting of the facility was also very nice.

Quite a few little issues: no plug for the bathtub, no caffeinated tea at breakfast; the coffee/tea maker in the room itself was dead. Some offensively loud guests on my floor; the elevator often had spilled liquids of unknown origin/provenance on its floor; the staff member in charge of breakfast was officious and obtrusive.

Location fine; the staff member at desk was helpful and considerate in giving me a quiet room, which I really appreciated. The new management seems to be doing somewhat better than the old did.

Not what I expect from Comfirt Inn. Just another 3rd rate hotel/motel. Peeling paint, musty smelling, old fixtures. A cheap motel in disguise of a brand. Very disappointing. Dont be fooled by the cover.

The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. The curtains could not be closed so the flood light outside was shining into the room during the night.

The front desk associate was friendly.

Mirror was so dirty, I could barely see myself clearly. it was very cloudy as if it was not cleaned with correct solution.

Wifi a huge PITA; has to be restarted EVERY 24 hours no matter what the length of the guest's stay may be, and sometimes took 15-20 minutes to get back!!!!!!!!!

Nonsmoking was not enforced, because of this, I suffered from a sinus attack. I'm extremely allergic to cigarette smoke.. Nonsmoking should be enforced better, otherwise a great stay.

The staff was phenomenal in assisting me. Applause to Kennon.

Older somewhat musty

Location convenient. Older but beds comfortable. Fridge. Microwave. Coffeemaker or tea in room.

Beds. Whirlpool/hot tubs don't work, and some lights are burnt out/have no lightbulbs. Rude noisy asswipe customers late at night a couple of times.

Breakfast pretty good. Staff kind and helpful, including with moving rooms/dealing with errant wifi.

The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. It was hard to get the towels and wash clothes that we needed.

The location was ok. The breakfast was nothing to brag about.

The smell of dope (pot) throughout the hotel. People standing around in the parking lot. A cooking grill was sitting outside someone’s room. Smells were not good at all.

No hot breakfast as it was cold and provided to us in bags. Breakfast was to be included. Room was not that clean and it was non smoking on the floor but it smelled like marijuana all the time in the hall ways
