Shower sucked and the television was small

Bed was comfy. Price was the big factor.

Seems a little tired in places, compared to my last stay there two years ago. I understand it’s an older facility, but would like to see a little maintenance.

I didn't like the bathroom, I thought it was too small and not child friendly due to not having a bathtub. I didn't like the breakfast, not many choices to choose from but only cereal, waffles and cold biscuits/gravy. I didn't like that the doors closed at midnight. Not due to the fact that my family would stay out past midnight but to the fact that what if there was an emergency inside the hotel. What would happen.

I liked the value for the price and that it was close to downtown. The staff are very friendly and nice

I didn't like that I'm a disabled person I was put on the third floor due to the fact the hotel was back but As room became available I was left on the third floor in the room that had was very small was not disabled ready

Beds weren't too comfortable and the walls are quite thin but overall these didn't impact my sleep too much

Windows were clouded by moisture between the double panes so looking outside was limited. But I could see my car ok, so it was sufficient. Curtains closed off view when that was wanted. Fixing this I'm sure would be expensive! Shower floor was quite slippery - a design "feature". Almost fell stepping into shower after letting water run for a few seconds until it was warm. But otherwise it was good and very welcome! Mentioned slippery floor to one of the staff and he acknowledged this was a known issue & suggested I put a towel onto the shower stall floor. I think that would have helped but I was on my way on the road at that point so didn't try it. I thought they could put some stick down anti-slip patches on the floor of the shower stall; these are sold in many home items stores. Anyway, that's my one caution. One light and a clock radio were unplugged so had to fix that - find wall outlets; set clock. When fixed, everything worked. Card actuated door was a tad tricky -- took a moment to figure out the best way to make the locking mechanism unlatch so door could be opened. Door itself didn't fit quite right in frame - Rm #312 - so had to muscle it a bit to open/close it. Obviously none of these "issues" were a deal breaker for me. I really appreciated finding The Douillet had a room available less than an hour after I began looking for a vacancy. Thanks, TD!

Bed and pillows were clean, comfy and warm enough. Slept well. Isn't that why you stop somewhere on a trip? Staff was good people and kind and helpful; couldn't ask for better. Access to from room was easy, including elevator. All in all quite satisfactory for my needs and a welcome landing place I'll remember if I'm ever passing thru there again.

We chose this hotel as it was meant to have indoor swimming pool. Sadly we were told it would not be open until end of April.

Good location just out of the interstate if you are on your way somewhere else. Bedroom is spacious and bed was extremely comfortable.
