Location was awesome. Rooms need updated, but for the price they were perfectly fine. Staff was nice

Furniture placement in room made it difficult to move around, if the bathroom door was open no one could get by. And there was the danger of hitting anyone walking by the bathroom if the door opened suddenly.

Breakfast was good. Would have liked the coffee to be available before 7:30.

The only thing I didn't like was the floors where sandy and not mopped and the parking can be hard at times cause it is crapped .

I like the area and the rooms where nice and the staff was amazing and it was so easy to check inn.

My room was dirty and stinky. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The free breakfast lacked variety and was all carbs.

Refrigerator did not work when we first got there. It had a giant piece of ice. We just unplugged it and let it melt. The refrigerator was fine after that.

Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and cooperative. It had all the essentials needed.

The refrigerator wasn't working. Continental breakfast was not good. Coffee wasn't good, only a couple of choices for breakfast, which I could have done better by just going to walmart if the refrigerator was working. Parking was tight and small.

The beds were not comfortable and the room was not totally clean, we found a dirty tee shirt in one corner of the room.

Parking system was terrible. Guests were able to take up all the parking instead of being designated to the supposed overflow parking. Paying for the room you should get a different type of parking pass to those who are coming as a guest so there would be no confusion on who should be in the immediate parking. Paid for a king room with balcony view, got a king room with a fridge that didn’t work a shower that leaked and what I could’ve counted as a total of 4 wall plugs between a conjoined 2 rooms in the most inconvenient locations. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable the room itself was cleaned in a hurry. Almost certain that the electrical should be inspected. I could go on.

Even though the rooms were clean, the items inside were rusted. The lamp holders on the wall. You reach to turn on the switch your fingers get rust on them. Same around the molding in the bathroom. The other thing is I couldn't understand why I have to request the day before if I want room service. Then I have to carry my dirty laundry to the front to get clean towels.

The rooms were recently cleaned, however, you could tell they used dirty mop water. The floors had a black residue that would transfer to feet and shoes.

I wish there was more/different options for breakfast. It was ok.

The parking isn't great and to pay extra to park your second vehicle when you staying is very steep. I was very disappointed with that issue.

PARKING!!!!! Lack of, and the lot is impossible to maneuver even in a smaller vehicle. The anxiety getting in/out of there.....OMG!!!! But there's alot to do within walking distance. Breakfast could use an upgrade also.

The view was fantastic. The location was excellent. The pier was a short walk away. I did not have to drive at all during my stay. This is definitely going to be my go to getaway in the future

We paid a hefty amount for a family suite. It was a nice room but make sure to remember that the entrance to this suite is inside the main office, so no type of view. We went out for a few hours on Friday night and when we got back the office was locked and we had no access until the security guard opened the front door. Not a big deal but something to keep in mind if you book the family suite.

Breakfast was served each morning (cereal,bagels, waffles, coffee, juice and milk). All of the office staff were very friendly and professional. Sandals Inn is located very close to the boardwalk and restaurants. So many things to do within walking distance.
