The room needs some work. Air conditioner cover was off on the balcony and the balcony had not been cleaned.

You advertise like the beds were new and queen sized. Full size beds in rooms. Rooms much smaller than shown online.

We found some dead bugs in the door slide. The water pressure wasn’t amazing, and they don’t make your bed daily.

The beds are super comfortable, there is two bars (one is poolside), two restaurants, and a spa. The outdoor facilities are excellent. I really enjoyed the live music by the pool.

Badly rusted non working room safe, a bath tub that you couldnt take a bath in, only shower. Out dated TV so limited TV available. Too many kids in the pool at all hours, some werent even staying at our resort. No band system used on off season to keep out people that didnt belong. No set hours for adults only in pool/hot tub.

Sandals was great, karoke was great. The Drift cafe had delicious fair priced food. Windows had delicious food but high priced as most are now. It was a no pet facility but there were dogs in some of the rooms. The staff was helpful and courteous. Parking was good. The facility was nice and clean everywhere including the outside areas.

Parking was very tight but they did have a second parking garage across the street, just a little bit longer of a walk. If you are looking for a place to party, this is it. This place was a constant party. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the AC didn’t run the whole time. Thankfully we were there in March and it was in the 70s during the day and cooler at night because we had to leave the door open the whole time so our room wasn’t stuffy. There are also only one set of drink machines downstairs near the lobby and not on any of the other floors. Very outdated hotel, kind of felt like we were in the twilight zone.

The location was great and the walk to the beach was easy!

The room was not very clean, the floors were uneven, and it seemed to be run-down. Last year we rented a 2 bedroom suite at your hotel, and it was beautifully decorated and clean! The room this past stay was minimally decorated and not clean. In fact, it might be the dirtiest hotel room we have ever rented. We still had a great time and plan to come back next year, but we will ask for a different room.

I like the price of the 2 bedroom suite during off season.

1. The refrigerator was exchanged for a working one. Maintenance was requested. 2. The box spring cover was nasty and soiled on one bed. Housekeeping was requested. Linen on both beds was replaced. 3. The bathroom fan wines when the switch is cut on. Maintenance requested but did not show.

I liked the view The parking lot was easy to access I would stay there again, even with the issues below.

I didn’t like you had to pay to use the gym. I didn’t like that most rooms weren’t upkeep because they’re individually owned some rooms were nasty looking even when supposedly cleaned. I didn’t like that I paid for ocean view and my room was off to the side so I could only see a corner or the ocean.

I liked that the hotel had a breakfast buffet I like the indoor pool and hot tub area I also like that they have a bar inside the hotel.

The young lady at the front desk seemed like she had an attitude. We arrived early and I asked her when could we check in, she replied at 3. There was a another young lady who came behind me and was allowed to check in. I waited a little while and went back to the front desk. There was a different young lady and she allowed us to check in. She was a pleasure and had a great attitude.

I stayed here in December and the room was dirty and it looked like it hadn't been used in a while. We were in the South Tower. My sweetie told me not to complain to deal with it and that's what I did. During this stay the room was much better. The room was clean and I didn't have any complaints. During this stay, we were in the North Tower.

The first room was a little outdated and smelled like mold. The front desk lady was great and switched the room with no problems. However the second room wasn’t oceanfront, just ocean view

Towels were paper thin. Furnishings and tub need replacing. Parking was very inconvenient since you had to first drive into and through the first level to see if there was a parking space available and then leave and drive back around and up inclines until you found a space. Some people parked too near the exit (created their own parking space where there was none) which made turning difficult as you tried to exit. Upon arrival, you have to leave your driver's license just to get a dolly to transport your luggage, and then you get it back when you return the dolly. They keep the dollys locked up. When you leave, you have to have someone load your luggage and take it down for you (forced tipping I suppose.) When we arrived, the phone in the room did not work, one lamp did not work, and the stove was non-functional. When maintenance came the second day, he said the stove required a certain type of metal based cookware, which the front desk seemed to be clueless about, They brought up a brand new set of cookware, but again, it was the wrong type for our stove top, so we went two days without the use of the stove top. They had to bring up another set, which only worked on one of the two burners. Daily maid service is not provided, but that was okay with us as we prefer privacy anyway.

View of ocean was good. Beds were comfortable. The maintenance man was great. He fixed everything for us and explained about the cook top needing special cookware to operate properly.

The bedspreads had stains. Housekeeping said they would replace it, but they never did. The fabric on the chairs at the table were also very stained. The room had an unclean smell. There was also a significant amount of marijuana smell from different rooms (one across the hall from our room and one we could smell when we were trying to enjoy sitting on the balcony). Marijuana is still illegal in SC.

The view of the beach was great. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was very reasonably priced with good food. The staff was friendly. Parking was easy.

The room that we were in did not have comfortable beds and furniture was outdated. The bath tub appeared dirty because it needs to be remodeled as well.

We didn't have to leave the hotel for New Year's entertainment. We had a lovely time at the hotel bar/club downstairs. And we met some great people.
