Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice rooms/quiet…near pool although pool was drained; not far from town but also has free shuttle to Santa Fe Plaza; they accommodated late checkout since we arrived 1:30am from Sedona…surprisingly good breakfast with eggs/sausage/biscuits n gravy/pancakes/yogurt/fresh berries/bread/english muffins/juices/coffee/tea; very friendly staff…very reasonably priced, nicer quality rooms/decor not cheap/cheasy-def would stay again/recommend to family/friends

the location was convenient with ample parking, including space for a moving truck. We enjoyed the Social Club with the bluegrass band. The servers were excellent, including Jason who managed the breakfast area. The queen bed in my room needed to be turned as it sloped downward on one side. For the price, everything was adequate and served our purposes. The check in system was disorganized as we tried to do a self-check in while receptionists were in front of us doing other things and not very helpful. We could tell the hotel is in the midst of renovation and upgrades which will make it more appealing.

United StatesYou can only put so much lipstick on a pig, meaning the facade of the hotel looks nice, but it won’t feel modernized until the bones are refurbished. Bathroom specifically comes to mind. But of course, they will probably increase prices if they redo the Also, breakfast was completely gone before 10am. Came in at 9:45 and there was literally nothing left. If breakfast runs until 10am, keep food out until 10am. Frustrating.
This hotel is an old motel that Sage has given a facelift. Overall, they’ve done a good job. Check in/out process was easy. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Pets are allowed with a $25 per pet per night fee. Location was good, we thought. Overall, good value for the price we paid.

Breakfast was amazing with good amount of options and a beautiful dining area, Rooms have an artistic look and very close within 5 mins to downtown Santa Fe. They have updated technology for check in and checkout and very friendly staff. There is a 15% off for people who dine in the restaurant next to the checkin area which has amazing food and live music
