No regular housekeeping meant I had to ask the front desk when I needed new towels and toilet paper. Beds were not at all comfortable (although the sheets/duvet were very clean and soft). Parking was challenging, there are two separate parking lots and to get in and out of them was not easy on a busy one way street. We had guests come over for a few hours to visit and they were not allowed to have a guest parking pass and were told they need to move their car immediately. Not all areas of the property were accessible without having to walk through the parking lots. A few more stepping stones would have helped. No TV guide/channel listing for the TV. I know that's silly, but when my child was napping I was bored and couldn't figure out the channel numbering system. Property could have also used at least one more outdoor hose or shower for washing sand off, the one on the property was very far away from my room.

Staff was superb. When I had an issue with check in and leaving, staff was incredible. Every time I spoke to them, or saw them in passing, they were so friendly and personable and helpful. The room was quite, easy to access, and conveniently on ground floor. The room was clean and well supplied (in the sense that the kitchenette came with an oven, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, etc.). Shower was great, good water pressure and hot water. Location couldn't be beat: within 2 minutes of leaving my room, I was on the beach. Also was able to walk to several restaurants. Property had a closet of free-to-use beach toys and chairs and umbrellas, which was great since I could not bring those things with me. All in all, cozy and quiet

Obviously it is an older property and could use some updates. If you are nostalgic for the old days, this is your place, wood paneling, in unit air conditioning units can easily transport you back to a time where going to the beach was a "big" deal.

Staff exceptional, location; right in your backyard and easy access, nice picnic area for meals and although a bit outdated the place was clean.

Really nice place next to the beach. Beautiful sunrise. Big rooms with big beds. The owner was really nice and made a spontaneous check in possible Only issue was the toilet flush, which just turned on sometimes at night.

Woke up with no power in the morning to a part of the room. A bit inconvenient as some of our electronics hadn't fully charged because of it but we managed and reported it at check out.

Nice location right on the beach and close to plenty of food and stores. Also the lady let us check into our room way earlier than check in time. Very accommodating and super nice.
