The king ocean view room either needs a larger dresser or another dresser, for more counter space. We had stuff piled on the small dresser and the table, which kept having to be shuffled around to use the table. It'd be so helpful if they had hooks on the wall and/or a shelf above the closet rack to store our items. There's a whole wasted space in the bathroom that isn't even utilized on the right corner of the vanity.

The bed was very comfortable and a very clean room. The pool was surprisingly warm and a big, beautiful hot tub. There are 2 canopy covered grills poolside available with covered tables and chairs, which was a nice amenity to have.

I think they should not charge Xtra when u have ur family over to visit. And they would like to sit with u and relax when u r in use of the pool

The partial ocean view room we got feels like it was some type of breezeway they turned into a room. I stayed in a cheaper room last year that was much bigger and actually get like a room. There was no curtain to block out the the light and there was a door with a large window on one side and a large sliding door on the other and the bed right in the center.

I loved how close it was to the beach and how friendly the staff is.

mattress and linens quality, window treatments are kind of scary.

From pictures and descriptions misled to think will have a sea view that wasn't true for the room we got. Room Cleanliness could be improved, Sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable. overall room is very outdated having a timer switch for the light in the bathroom.

Only air conditioning was in the bedroom. Had to depend on that to cool the other bedroom. No paper towels or napkins. Bathroom sink area is very small. Not very much space to put toiletries if you have lots of them. Mattress really should be changed out, it was a little bit saggy. I have never seen a tv with channels like 23.2 but they have them. You press 2, 3, then the dash button to change channels. No problem with that. The bathroom has no light switch, just a knob you turn to make the light come on. It's like a timer. Don't forget, like I did, to turn it pretty far if you're taking a shower!

Location was great. Room was clean. There were some plates, bowls, pots and pans, silverware, glasses and dishwashing liquid but you don't have to clean up before you check out. Great! You have an allotted parking space according to your room number so you will always be assured of a parking spot. Two chairs outside your door to enjoy the weather.
