Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt was our very first time & wanted to try the casino..no one was of help. Some customer told us to wait at a slot machine, but we waited 30 minutes plus and no one came! We were also disrespected by one staff who eye rolled us & didn't help what so ever! Host & staff at the casino should be there to help! And help guide ones who want to learn how to be in the casino for the first time! How can you attract folks more & make money if you don't put the effort in for new comers?

The Hotel is very good in terms of its location, the rooms but at the check-in counter I was being tried to be conned as the receptionist lied that she could not find my booking and said that there are only corner suits and which will cost me 700 Dollars. She also said that they don't recognise Booking.com as they are third party. And she did all of this because she saw that I have my old man (78 years) and she wanted us to get uncomfortable and pay for the higher rooms. Had to finally call Booking.com, who spoke to them and we finally got our room. The next day there was no room cleaning also. The Hotel is grand but such kind of experiences makes the experience of the guests sour.

Couldn't take shortcut through casino as son's I'd (proving he was over 21) was not recognised as the casino's books did not have an entry for our country!
