Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe bathroom doors as before are awkward French doors. The floor of the bathroom could have been cleaner. This hotel used to offer free coffee in the lobby area, you now have to pay for it. I booked a room with a king bed, however our room had a queen size.
We love this hotel and now after the renovation we love it more. Great location walkable distance to restaurants.

United StatesThe offset corner room at lower roof level had an exterior spotlight that filtered around the perimeter of the room darkening shades. The windows were not clean inside or outside. The HVAC window unit did not function properly (not integrated with the wall thermostat), the window unit was switched off, maintenance switched it on, but it did not function properly at the HVAC unit panel either. This created an uncomfortable/uncontrollable room environment. The room was not fully ready for occupancy.

United StatesI had booked a king but was given 2 queens instead. No explanation was offered. The shower was very narrow and had a very high step in. My husband is disabled and this proved difficult for him. In the king room the step is very minimal which is why I booked a king. Had I known that I was being changed to 2 queens I would have booked handicapped accessible.
The room was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The view was lovely.

We spent more than an hour in the lobby sorting out that situation and ended up booking with the hotel directly and then getting a booking cancellation from booking.com customer service.
