Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe TV was small and outdated, making it challenging to connect my laptop. The outlets between the beds were loose and malfunctioning. The closure of the pool on the last day was inconvenient, as it was a primary reason for choosing your hotel. Additionally, the breakfast experience was marred by a dirty cup with lipstick So we decided to skip breakfast the last 2 days. The $93 parking fee, difficulty finding handicap parking, and the inconvenience of using a cracked ramp with double doors were notable issues.
The bed, pillows, and room cleanliness were satisfactory.

BermudaGetting there was a real pain from Terminal A. First a bus, then a train then a wait. We arrived at Newark at 11pm and it was about 1:45 am by the time we were in bed. The room smelt musty and the TV was crooked (although we didn't use it so it didn't matter. It just didn't feel like a "Doubletree" experience.
Well this kind of forces me to like something, doesn't it? It was okay. The Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch although there was nobody there on the way out so it didn't do us much good. The checkin was okay. Always like the cookie.

United StatesI was unaware of the parking fee when you stay there. I used booking and had a price on here but was charged more once I got there to check in. no mini fridges. and the bathrooms are very small.
Pool area, rooms are a decent size. full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash are attached to the wall in the shower. And a full body of lotion next to the bathroom sink.
