How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The staff could not find my reservation and was not helpful. She finally found it then 3 different times gave us keys to a room that someone was in.

They advertised breakfast, but when we went down for breakfast they had no breakfast other than grab and go options. That was very disappointing because that was one reason I chose this hotel.
It was a new hotel, so it wasn't crowded.

The breakfast was very limited but available.
The rooms were ready and it was easy to check it. I got an excellent rate for this hotel and was very satisfied with my stay.

I was a little upset with the breakfast. When we went down at 7:30am there was only a little scoop of eggs and a few sausage links and the biscuits were still frozen when we got one. I don't expect a 5 course breakfast but it would have been nice to have a bagel or cereal option if all the other food was out.
Staff was friendly and facility was very well put together and clean! Beds were comfortable as well! Kids all enjoyed the pool! I would definitely stay here again!

We booked at Sleep Inn last minute for $116 in the clarksville area as it is close to nashville but much better in hotel prices. Its still a new build so everything was clean. Our only disappointment was that the included breakfast was granola bars, fruits, or cinnabon packed - they were not serving full breakfast- I would understand during the pandemic but questionable for July 2021

I believe have more selection for breakfast would enhance this benefit, but I'm sure it's all due to COVID, so understandable

I think the continental breakfast needs restarted or don’t advertise that u have it. That is one of the big reasons I stayed there was to save money on breakfast

Location is just slightly too close to the interstate, so you can hear the interstate traffic just a little too much when you turn everything out to go to sleep.
Easy location to get to. Bed and pillows were super comfy.

Was disappointed in the grab and go breakfast, as other hotels are beginning to bring back real breakfast. The thermostat on the wall in the room didn't work; had to control A/C from unit. Not enough light in room.
Everything was very clean, and we appreciated that! Workout room equipment actually worked! That was nice. Front desk people were very nice.

Unfortunately no fitness room access or breakfast. My family had a discount code thru Farm Bureau and NO ONE seemed to know anything about it or how to apply it and didn’t seem interested in attempting to do so.
The staff was kind and courteous. Rooms were nicely prepared. Great stay and ideal location from downtown.

Breakfast was not served even though it said that it would be. I paid for a hotel instead of getting an Airbnb with the mindset that I would be saving money with breakfast, as well as time. I woke up early to ensure that I made it before the breakfast deadline and when I went downstairs there was nothing provided.
The price of the room was really nice. I also really enjoyed the location as it was close to a lot of things in the area. The beds were comfy as well. Not a bad space at all.

Fix the toilet paper holder.
We did have to pay the extra 50 security deposit which is fine however a couple of things I noticed was toilet paper holder was broke off the wall which I feel should have been fixed immediately. Couldn’t have cleaned our bathroom very well because someone’s fake nail was laying on the floor but overall good.

The staff was very short staffed. They didn't have the time or personal to provide house keeping so they just didn't do it and put a magnet on the door frame so that they could say you had requested no service.the breakfast was very blah.
The hotel itself was not badly kept. The pool was clean and nice. The rooms were as described.
