Some free water would have been appreciated and sometimes some guests were too loud at night.

The suite was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment had two bathrooms, a big living/working area, and a full kitchen. The breakfast was good with many different options from eggs and meat to pancakes and pastries. The place was big and we enjoyed it. The location is great, quiet, and not far from the center area.

I've stayed here before which is why I chose to book again but this time around our room was very half cleaned there was candy on the floor upon entering the room hair all throughout the bathroom and the shower the breezeway was dirty idk if they were short staffed but these things could definitely use some attention.

My room key had to get reprogrammed a few times.

Check-in was difficult because there was not much room to pull cars in.

It was within walking distance of the convention center. We liked the size of the room and the kitchen amenities. The refrigerator was spotless! Also liked that breakfast started at 6:00 a.m.

I did not appreciate the staff member's rudeness when she failed to inform me that I needed to request room cleaning and that they were ahead of schedule. Other guests also expressed dissatisfaction with her attitude.

The majority of the staff were fantastic, except for one individual who had a negative attitude, but the rest of the team was extremely kind and generous.

The location is good. It's located right in the middle or everything. Close enough for a quick trip to the Smoothie King Center and Canal. All within about a 10 min drive. Spacious room, and also breakfast! Staff was nice also. From the evening clerks to valet parking, thank you for being great.

To the bus or tram you have to walk a bit, you can also walk to the downtown, but it's 15-20 minutes. Breakfast could be improved, there were almost no vegetables.

Spacious room with very comfortable design (we slept two people, one on the bed, the other on the sofa). Bed very comfortable and large. In the room a kitchenette, you can prepare yourself something to eat and eating table; there was also a comfortable desk in our room. Nearby bar/restaurant, where you can also eat something, art museum, and other interesting places in the district. I also appreciate the computer with a printer for guest use.

Just one thing that is seriously disappointing was the house keeping. The room was almost perfectly clean when I checked in but they didn't change the towels and the bed sheets even I requested.

I was there for the convention and location served my purpose which was being closer to the expo center.

The price was a great value. I saw some reviews that the breakfast was so-so. The coffee was great and I found a huge selection of options and ate eggs with salsa. I didn't use the kitchen area but it has a full sized fridge and was very clean. Nice linens. I'd stay again. Parking was a block away.

Location was quite good, could walk to the french square in about 20 minutes and quiet/safe. Staff was very kind and gave us an upgrade as there was good availability. Had a great time

There was limited outside seating for breakfast but that was just a little inconvenience

The room was big and comfortable for 4 person, two bathroom and a kitchen, there were coffee for us, we had a decent breakfast and the staff was very friendly and helpful, we could store our luggage after the check-out
