The breakfast starts at only 7AM... as we were waking up very early (jet lag), we were not able to enjoy it and had to go somewhere else. Also : the sofa bed was not ready and we had to make it ourselves, and to go ask at the lobby for the sheets

The ONLY bad thing I would say was the bed and the pull out bed. King bed was far too soft. If you have a bad back like my other half and I you know how rough a soft bed is. The pull out bed for our son was super uncomfortable as there really wasn't much padding to it. But all in all that is the only "bad" I have to say bout our stay.

Since there was a full kitchen in the room we didn't feel the need to go down for breakfast. The property itself was nice and it was quiet. Only bad part was our neighbor and the weed but you can expect that in a state that it's legal recreationally. Was a great stay though for the price and size of the suite!

Breakfast had very limited options and no variety. Even Bread is not there in the breakfast location is a little off. We can't buy daily needs a milk, bread etc as there is no shop nearby Bathroom fittings were loose and few lights were not working.

The place is near some really busy roads, resulting in a lot of noise. The wifi wasn't great, but there's good 5G coverage.

Large, well equipped condo, which I found to be really comfy. The bed was especially comfortable. There was also a full kitchen and a decent sized living room area. Shopping and the highway are all close.

Maintenance is a problem. Staff gave decent responses for some issues but not others. We had issues with the in-room coffee machine (lacked coffee pod-holder), microwave (some buttons don’t work), one of the TVs (no signal), a missing TV remote, another remote that had dead & corroded batteries), shampoo & body wash dispensers were empty, and the wash basin in one of the suites drained very poorly. Even the lobby door had stopped working at one point and trapped us inside for a bit until someone had to release the door manually. On a different problem, I didn’t like that the breakfast was exactly the same basic potatoes/scrambled eggs/ground sausage bits everyday for all 5 days.

Very clean, decent value, comes with breakfast. Staff were friendly.

Could use lil more cleaning there was webs in higher areas. Minor damages on a few corners of wall. A small hole on other wall, rug torn between doors, 1 restroom door didn’t lock. Small cracks on bath tile. However manager said they were still in process of renovating and that rooms get check on a daily so they know what the rooms defects are. I think this is good and important so new tenants don’t get charge for something they didn’t do.

Very comfy, home style. AC good, roomy, had working appliances, blow dryer, iron and breakfast available on premises.

The room I got had a broken toilet paper holder, though they tried to make it seem like it was not broken. There were also large gaps around the door to the room, large enough I could easily see daylight around the entire door. It's also close to the freeway so lots of noise.

Breakfast was good. No forks available tho. Room was great. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great. I found the fee for one night for our pet was excessive. We paid $78 for the room and had to pay $75 for our golden retriever. Most hotels have pet fees much lower than that. We would have looked for something different because of that high pet fee but were so tired from our 12 hour drive that day we chose not to and to stay.

Garbage in bins not cleaned out. No shampoo in dispenser. Breakfast clearing out at 8:30 (30 minutes early) and lacked supplies.

There were huge problems with the initial room for our 5-night stay until we were able to get it changed for the last 3 nights. They included the room door not locking properly, dirty floors, tub, no supplies in the cabinets even though it was a short stay rental, no mattress cover, etc. Absolute appalling housekeeping and nothing done the first time after notified the front desk. No hot beverages available one morning and no change in the breakfast menu.

Had horrific problems but fortunately they were resolved to our satisfaction once the room was changed.
