The pool would be occupied pretty much all night but other than that no problems. Front desk lady when we first arrived was kind of rude but everyone else was super friendly!

Room was a bit small for 5 people (2 queen beds + 1 extra). Extrabed was a window parapet right above AC/DC).

The card machine was broke. We had to go get cash from an ATM; very annoying and with additional charges. The staff member was very apologetic!

There was some staining on the ceiling and on the lamp shades in our room . It looked like some food or drink splatters. The bathroom wasn’t as welcoming as I would’ve liked. If 4 people are staying there should be enough towels to accommodate each guest. In order to get more towels you must take used ones to front desk to get more. There were also no soaps or shampoos in the mounted dispensers. I just went and purchased my own towels for my own convenience.

It was walking distance to the beach. On the main strip with shopping and restaurants.

Friendliness of reception staff was varied depending on who you were interacting with.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean and somewhat spacious. The shower was exceptional.

There was no shampoo in the room and no body wash so I didnt shower. The plugs were old and loose and my phone charger kept falling out. The window seat cover looked too old and dirty to sit on.

The first room smelled like peel but we were moved to a better room. Beds were nice but crunched, naybe they had waterproofing beneath the sheets?

The rooms are in need of a refresh. It looked as if they have not maintained them for some time. Walls are all scratched up, furniture shows signs of years of use. Mold and mildew on bathroom walls. Many people got their cars towed from the parking lot, this place means business so under no circumstances should you remove your parking pass. I had read this before our stay so thankfully this didn't happen to us but every night they towed cars. It was kinda sad, some people had just finished unloading their luggage and bam car towed.

We loved the pool and hot tub. Location was good. Staff was mostly friendly. Decent breakfast.

There were no towels in the room upon arrival. Basic breakfast. Not that I didn't like, but just for awareness. As soon as you check in, go and put the parking permit on your vehicle. There is a towing truck checking as soon as the sun goes down.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was nice. The pool was clean.

No maintenance at night.

I loved the update. I would stay again. All tho there were some issues I had water from showering everywhere 😩 in the bathroom. The shower was great except in one night I used all the towels. However, yes, I could get more. The toilet almost over flooded. So I went asked for maintenance, but there was no one in the evening. Regardless, I fixed the issue:] I would like to stay one more night... we will see. I totally loved it . I picked the wrong vacation. Weather was ugly. But on the good side, every employee was great. The Manger was a plus. I will still again .walking distance to Dollar General and Blackbeards. I totally give it a 10 because everyone was helpful. Thank you to the general manager. And the rest of the employees. Keep up the great job.

My only complaint was that the bathroom counter was very small, very little room to put anything. there was sufficient room to enlarge this.

The shower leaked every time anyone would shower, had to use all our bath towels to stop the water running down and out of the bathroom into the carpet in the sleep area of the room called front desk and nothing they could do to help with the leaking and water everywhere
