We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaCleanliness was so-so. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. Air-conditioner didn't cool properly until the filters were removed, had to borrow a fan from the front desk.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even lent a fan to me for nights. Beds were very clean. Quiet and convenient location.

United States of AmericaThe floors were warped & the door to our room had deep marks from a crowbar that had been used in an attempt to break into the room prior to the night we stayed. The Spinnaker Inn is very old & outdated. I have used Booking.com many times @ your ratings have always matched what I expected based on your ratings. The Spinnaker Inn is rated a 6 & a 2 Star, I would rate it a 4.5, it is my opinion the it does not meet the same quality & is not in the same ballpark of the hotels/motels that you advertise. I believe it undermines the great quality of accommodations that you offer. it could easily scare away loyal customers if they have my experience. Our desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the was No One in the office from 8 pm to 8 am the next morning.

United States of AmericaThe room was advertised as a family room, unless your a family of one or a family of Pygmies very small. The kitchenette was pretty good but,bring your frying pan AND if you are a deep sleeper bring your alarm clock or make sure you phone alarm can wake you. The floor in my room had a swag in the middle and reminded me of UNCLE Virgil house trailer that I nearly fell through the floor when I was a boy. The bathroom has tub but if your are trying to take a bath it is like flying the instrument approach into Aspen,CO. The management put a non moveable glass partition that took about 50% of the length of the small tub.Great for a shower,an adventure to take a bath in. There was no hand holds and luckily the surface was not slippery so I could get out without using to many of my secret agent escape skills,so no need to make a new “I’ve fallen and I cannot get up commercial.” The days I stayed they were allot of travelers and not many vacancies, if the prices right I would stay again. The staff was very accommodating, the motel has a nice ice machine and I needed to fill a cooler with ice for some mission critical urgent medical supplies I was transporting and the staff was very helpful with that and a dark and early check out.
It was quiet,cool and comfortable. The room had to two double beds one was soft and the other was firm and you had a choice. The toiletries were over the top and something you don’t see at a property like this. Very good location that was close to the interstate ,the airports kand anywhere in north,east or old Naples. Ample free parking.

Not enough places for clothes , no blow drier and no iron in room The floor was really clean but wooden floor was real warped up all over also no where to sit stuff in the bathroom .
I like the room was Clean and spacious and it was quite for the most part Until last morning and we had a big mouth outside the room on the phone . The Young Lady at the front desk was very pleasant at check in and when i ask for a blanket she got me one and brought it to my room .

United States of AmericaThe room has the most basic of amenities. No chairs, just a bed and a desk. No coffee maker or cups. In order to get a chair, you'll have to book the family room, which has a very small table and two Ikea chairs. The price is outrageous for what you get, but for some reason, Naples is extremely overpriced right now.
The fact that they had vacancies and weren't charging over $200 a night. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the facilities are clean.
