We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe restaurant is very overpriced for what mediocre food they are serving. Our room did not get cleaned due to understaffing which stinks but I know they can’t help no staff.
It was very clean and is located across from the beach which was beautiful. We went to Salem both days so it was convenient. Very comfortable and nice. Breakfast was awesome!

United StatesI found the staff to be less than helpful and not particularly friendly. It took two phone calls, an hour apart, to finally get someone to the room with bedding for the pull out couch even though they knew the number of people staying would have required the extra bedding. At that they came to the door and handed us the bedding, requiring us to undo the couch. There were also no washcloths and when I asked was given 2 for 6 people. The hair dryer was hiding in the closet, hanging behind the ironing board. The parking was not obvious and some people were directed to park on the street. Overall I found the experience to be disjointed. and I’m still waiting for the refund to my charge card for the hold they placed on my card for “incidentals” -

United StatesThere were loose black hairs in the bathroom on the walls, floor, and shower. Neither of us have black hair. I did not make an issue of it but housekeeping could do a better job.
The main attraction for this hotel is the location.....away from the insanity of Boston traffic, across the street from Revere Beach and 7 minutes from Logan airport. We found the hotel a little hard to enter via car and opted to return the rental car and use Lyft for rides into Boston proper for food or tours. Parking is charged per day. The restaurant onsite serves delicious food and is available to take back to your room although with tables overlooking the beach most would opt to dine in. The staff was helpful and the breakfast plentiful. This was our last nights in New England before returning home so it was a good place to calm down and look at the ocean before returning to the chaos that life has become. The rooms were modern and well arranged. Breakfast was plentiful and diverse.

United StatesLocation was very difficult to find at first, there is no large sign at front turn. Only at top of building and many buildings look the same. It is in between apartment complexes. You must "request " housekeeping services 24 hours in advance. Its expensive price without services. Lastly one night our television didn't work and they said it was because of the weather but it wasn't raining, snowing or anything so we were left without any TV in our room. Again expensive price to pay and everything is not in proper condition.
Beautiful view if you paid more for the oceanside view. Great breakfast every morning. Friendly staff. Very accommodating when asked if they could try to get us in a room a little earlier than 3pm check in since we flew in on a red eye.

Breakfast was good for a free breakfast, the food at the restaurant onsite was excellent but service was lacking. The room was very nice but we were given two towels for four people and one roll of toilet paper. Since there was no cleaning during our stay we had to go get towels and paper from front desk. The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was no easy.

United StatesDidn't like the set up or lack of privacy of bathroom since we shared room with 2 adult sons. No drawer space so lived out of suitcases which I don't like doing. Did not get maid service and not sure if that was normal but didn't expect it and since we shared 3 towels for 4 of us they were pretty wet and only place to hang one towel. They did supply more once we asked later that evening. Had to click ac back on once it reached temp so got hot a few times
Loved the location and convenience of the T. Able to go across the street to the beach in the morning after getting coffee. Nice clean room with big closet so able to hang clothes and storevsuitcases but not enough drawer space

United KingdomExpensive for short stay ( but Boston in general is high price for hotels), and for the price paid breakfast was very limited choice. Would have scored higher but for the fact that I was charged twice for one night stay, and have had to spend time disputing with my credit card company. No response from hotel via Booking.com, and no email contact address available.
Great location on the beach, and not far from Boston Logan. Great view of sunrise, well located with a couple of bars and restaurants immediately next to hotel, plus a Blue line train into Boston. All staff are attentive and friendly, rooms well appointed.

United StatesThey need better signage to direct you where the lobby is and where to park to check-in, etc. Lobby is on second floor there is an entrance with no one around and no signage on the ground floor, just a swimming pool! You need to drive around the building park in the parking garage under the building and take an elevator up two floors to check in. Not difficult but they need a sign where you first drive up in your car explaining what to do.

United StatesStaff was okay. Felt like the front desk folks were distracted, not really into customer service. Had to pry information out of them regarding shuttle to airport. We saw one parked in front of the hotel, but the front desk person said there wasn't a shuttle available and didn't offer any info on other options, or explain why there was in fact a shuttle sitting in the front driveway. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.
Room was nice, spacious, and clean. Beds were nice and comfortable with quality linens. Bathroom was nice, clean, well-equipped. The location was close to the airport. Easy to access, easy to get in and out.

United StatesWhile booking I requested an early check-in, needed due to driving in overnight. Was told that it was approved by Marriot and the hotel should be able to accommodate but it was dependent on check-out times of other guests, understandable. However, when I arrived I was told there was no possible way for an early check-in "due to policy", availability was not even checked by the woman who answered the phone at 9am. I was only asked if I was a member of the rewards program, and then brushed off once I said I was not. The hotel itself was very nice and in general staff were great. However, we had 4 registered guests for the room and only had 3 towels in the room. We called the front desk asking for more, after waiting an hour we went down to the desk to see if we could pickup the towels ourselves. It was another 3 hrs before anyone arrived at our room, and then only brought washcloths. We never did receive another towel. We were able to finally retrieve one from a helpful housekeeping staff member we ran across the next morning.
In general staff and hotel were nice.

FranceBreakfast 100% used disposable plates, and plastic knives, forks and spoons, plastic glasses. From a customer perspective, it seemed cheap; from an environmental viewpoint, it was a disgrace. I can't begin to imagine the amount of waste generated every day. This would make me reconsider future stays and I would check in advance with Marriott in the US to ensure other hotels didn't have a similar policy.
Friendly and helpful staff. Adjacent bar was lovely with nice food (though expensive drinks). Location was excellent for getting into Boston or to the airport on the blue T-Line. Seaside feel was a nice change from city hotels.
