Being near the elevator was a bit noisy and the usb outlet would shut off after removing the key card. We figured it out eventually.

The beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.

The room is cleaned every 3 days but in fact my room is cleaned after 5 nights and made at least 2 phone calls to front desk.

The location is so good,very easy to move to mall as well as food court.Big car parking area.Breakfast is served everyday but not too much choices.There is laundry room and it is useful if you travel with kids.

No privacy in bathroom. Toilet is tiny and low to ground, flushing handle on backwards. “Nightly rate” is a base rate and doesn’t reflect what you end up paying.

Room is large, our 4th floor room had a beautiful sunset view, breakfast has improved greatly since last visit. The location is convenient to the freeway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Also free charging for our EV.

The breakfast was very basic for our taste. It would be nice to add vegan alternatives. The shower was not well cleaned; we found hair from the previous guest on it. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days, which was not a problem for us, but it would be nice to clean the trash every day.

The room was large and comfortable, and the beds were great. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute drive to Huntington Beach. There is a cute outdoor shopping mall across the street from the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and drinking. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of outdoor parking. Parking is 10 USD per night, which is cheap compared to other hotels/locations where you can pay 40 USD per night.

Had to pay for parking (10€) and that the room service is every 3 days (not that it’s a problem) but when I asked “what do we do with towels that have been used” they said at the desk, to put them outside the room door. I found that a little tacky cause when we arrived to our floor the first thing we saw was towels on the hall way. Not a good look.

Loved the location, shopping centre across from the hotel and the 405 around the corner.

We replaced the toilets in our home three years ago (as did most of the family) and they are higher (ADA approved, maybe); so encountering a much lower one was uncomfortable (especially for an old person like me). Also, I had reserved a room for my daughter and family (of four) through Reservation Desk and the original room you assigned her had only one bed and the reservation was for two queens.... Your staff gave her and her family another room.

The breakfast featured many more choices than I expected. It was great and a time saver.

After driving ten hours to reach the hotel, we were told by the person at registration that Booking.com had cancelled our room. I showed him the confirmation email on my phone and explained my credit card had already been charged and paid. The room we'd reserved was no longer available. He found us another room, but not the king we'd reserved. It worked out, but was an unfortunate start to the trip. I contact Booking.com and they have worked to help resolve the issue with the hotel even post-trip. I've used this booking app for years without a single issue, so a little bummed.

The in room phone didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk and the breakfast options weren't labeled so there was some kind of egg/bread/jalapeño thing that was questionable but good

The breakfast offered was not very good. The pictures on the website made it look great but the offerings were slim and not very tasty. 2 of the bulbs in my bathroom light were off and I asked to have them checked but I never heard anything so I asked again and was finally told the parts were on order. No accommodation was offered. My suggestion is that if the rooms are cleaned every 3 days you should leave enough towels for 3 days. The snack bar is WAY too expensive. $4.00 for a soda?

The rooms are large and comfortable. The hotel was very close to my job, restaurants and shopping. The AC worked well. The desk in the room was very helpful as I was there for work. Facilities came to my room the 11th when I checked in after 5PM to help me with the TV and the man was very professional and helpful, additionally, I saw him in the elevator later and he remembered me and asked if everything was ok. I appreciated that very much. The front desk folks were nice, there was a lady on the morning of the 15th who helped me check out that was particularly helpful. The bed was comfy but your washcloths are kind of thin and scratchy. I will bring my own if I stay there again just in case they haven't updated.

The bar/lounge was closed which was a huge disappointment. I went for breakfast but they kept running out of food so I never got anything. Wish they would of kept the terrace open longer for a Friday night.

the complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was very little selection, and even though breakfast went until 10, they stopped refreshing the items around 9. Trash cans were also overflowing.
