The location was great, the timing for the amount of people, that the food was being empty quickly and the coffee. Sausages and pancakes was enough, bread , oatmeal, bagels, yogurt eggs stay empty. It was just a day of early hunger.😀

The bathtub/shower could use an extra bar. The one placed where it is is not sufficient. Also, it would be better if the dispensers for the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, are either on the side wall, or the back wall, rather than on the front wall, because one has to stand under the showerhead to use them.

Shower pressure - weak. Toilet bowl was shifty.

The amenities in the room-shampoo,conditioner,body wash, hairdryer,iron-great. Clean and comfortable room/bed. King room suite was very spacious. AC/heater worked great.

Drain in bathtub didn’t work. Coffee maker didn’t function properly. When AC running, temp was comfortable. When AC off, becomes stuffy in room.

Property seemed old and run down. Stains on the carpeting, as well as the pull out mattress. The mattress on the pull out was significantly stained and very thin.

The property was close to the lacrosse fields we were scheduled to play at for the weekend

Great location outside of Philly! We were attending a concert at the Wells Fargo center & it was easy to get to from the hotel. There were some good restaurants nearby & places to shop.

the hotel was very expensive but many other places were booked. At over $200 a night I think the room could have had the ceiling in the bathroom repaired...

check in was a breeze, it was relatively close to where I was going.

the bed was not comfortable, there was no toothbrush, not enough soap for three people, and my sheets was not changed every day, which is unacceptable when you travel with children.

The hall smelled of old smoke. I sprayed lysol a few times in and out of our room. We were close to the side door so it may travel in while guests are outside.

The early check in was very much appreciated . We drove to town for a memorial and we were thankful to be able to get settled and freshened up before the service in a clean room.The breakfast was with good with several selections. The pool was smaller than anticipated but they have a sign up sheet and follow the safety guidelines with occupancy. The location was perfect and close to mall and local neighborhoods. The staff very accommodating to our needs.

Staff was extremely helpful. I have a lot of allergies and breathing problems and they were very accommodating. They had a pure room that was not booked and they allowed me to have it.

The pillows were cheap and lumpy (polyester fill). the walls were thin and we could easily hear our neighbors’ conversations and other peoples flushes, etc.

The location was ideal, just a stone’s throw away from the highway but without traffic noise.

The only major complaint was that we had to pay for parking!!! Com'on, why be so cheap? How else do people arrive at a motel....by helicopter or horse-drawn carriage? We were not advised of this fee ahead of time (like where would we park?) Disappointing. Elevators were also slow and not adequate to traffic.

The pool was good enough to do laps in; the room was comfortable and the bed excellent. Quiet even with a hotel full of teenagers! Coffee was top drawer, although breakfast was a little limited; understandable post-COVID.
