Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaI don't like that we had to pay to park our car at the motel, but it seems to be pretty standard to pay to park a car at most of the places nearby. We paid $12 a night plus tax for car parking, which is a lower price than a lot of the other motels.
The breakfast was awesome. There was plenty of options to choose from, including sausage and scrambled eggs, tasty muffins, bread, english muffins, yummy juice, cereal, and yogurt. We had a 2 bedroom room with 2 queen beds and a bunkbed. The room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable motel beds I have ever slept on. There are a few fast food places nearby that are open late. If you have a car, but don't want to pay the $35 parking fee at Disney, you have a few options. 1- walk the whole way to Disneyland which is a bit more than a mile. 2- walk to the Toy Story parking lot and take the free shuttle to Disneyland. 3- if you have a car, drive your people to the Disney drop off, to save their feet from all of the walking, and the driver returns the car back to the motel and either walks the whole way or goes to the Toy Story parking lot and take the shuttle. This way only one person does the extra walking. You can also pay $6 a day for unlimited rides on the ARTS bus which stops in front of the motel. You can also find discounts on the ARTS bus app. We went to Disneyland parks 4 days in a row and put on about 16,000 to 22,000 steps a day, so that walk back and forth to the motel really added up.

The location was perfect if you are going to Disney. Apart from that is just the average american motel.

United States of AmericaIf you have a parking lot facing room it can be a bit noisy.
Wonderful little hotel. My favorite thing is the breakfast. For such a small place the breakfast is great, the facilities are very clean, and the parking fee is very reasonable. This was my third stay and I will be back

AustraliaIt’s noisy. Walls are paper thin and other guests could be heard slamming doors and talking loudly all night long.
Only 25 minute walk to Disney. Clean and spacious rooms as well as laundry facilities. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety.

United States of AmericaRude people and children running up and down the hallways and people yelling and waking up others at all hours of the night. I understand that they were coming back from Disney but it is rude and disrespectful to others that are trying to sleep

United States of AmericaBeing charged for parking. I have to drive there to stay there so it stands to reason I'll be parking there. Dumb. Reasoning was because most travelers fly & Uber to the property. What does that have to do with anything? Plus, the parking lot was full, so most travelers apparently drove there that day.
I loved the location, just far enough that traffic (pedestrian & vehicle) was not heavy, walking distance to fast food, the room smelled but we went nose-blind quickly lol, the beds were great. It was a comfortable stay, the price was right & would recommend.

United States of AmericaCould use more parking. It was a little noisy ( people aren't thoughtful of others) running to their rooms on 2nd floor. Definitely that's not the hotels fault. Pillows could be softer. Glad I brought my own. The bed is okay, if you like a firm mattress.
Its Close to Disneyland . The room was clean and looked updated. Plenty pillows and towels. Staff was friendly. We went straight to Disneyland when arriving in town, they said Check in till 3am!

United States of AmericaNothing. Happy to stay here
The hotel is placed super close to Disneyland which is why we stay there. Parking price is amazing! $10 for the day and we just uber to avoid the traffic, parking congestion, and extra shuttles at Disney. The hotel staff is always nice. But my favorite part is the breakfast! It's your typical make your own waffles, scarmbled eggs, sausage, and dry food like cereal and toast. But the people working there are super nice, and it's definitely worth the price. Admittedly, we spend almost no time here at the hotel, but I've been multiple times and I will be back again.

CanadaFront desk clerk was disinterested to the point of being rude. Crack shack next door was not pleasant, especially when using our pool. The window in the room rattled (no caulking) when anyone walked above or beside. Shameful waste of water by breakfast room staff (kept tap running while washing dishes instead of filling the sink).
Rooms were clean. Location was good - short walk to theme park, many restaurants in the area
