Great location. Great staff welcoming us. The room was clean and large to handle all of us. The breakfast was fantastic. If ever in the area again, we will be happy to stay at hotel. We will definitely recommend to friends.

the address for your facility is not correct to maps and gps. you need to change this. also put a sign at the bottom of the hill so everyone knows where they are going. There is no excuse for this to be a continual problem. your staff was aware of this and stated something about it depends on the gps year or the car year. not true. brand new gps. older car. all maps were downloaded on the gps to update. Other than that it is one of the best places I have ever stayed.

b building was clean. No, I mean CLEAN. we are professional cleaners by profession and I know clean. The pillows were wonderful. you can freely adjust the temperature of the room. the refrigerator was cold. the parking and access to the building is great.

Nothing! Everything was top-notch!

The hotel was wonderfully clean, and beds were super comfortable! We visited the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, and Cincinnati Zoo. This hotel was in the center of all three locations and was also near many nice restaurants and a mall. Great place to stay! Staff was very friendly as well!

The tables at breakfast were not kept wiped off.

We were disappointed there wasn't a hot breakfast as the website advertised. This is a minor thing to us, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. This is the only expectation that wasn't met.

The room, facilities, and staff were great. Clean, friendly, very accommodating.

If you are a bit of a food or coffee snob, the breakfast won’t be your cup of tea. But it was more than adequate for those that thrive on carbs and sugar. My kids were happy enough with it. The pool is small, but well maintained.

The rooms are spacious and we felt it was clean. The entire hotel was tidy and well kept. There didn’t seem to me much staff on the premises, but the couple we encountered were friendly. The location was nice. It’s tucked off the main thoroughfare and was quiet.

The TV in our room kept turning on on its own, which made it difficult to sleep. We ended up unplugging it every night. Family wise, I neglected to see that the bathroom only had a shower- no tub. Not great with a toddler, but we loved the room anyway. Would still highly recommend this place.

Everything except the TV that wouldn’t turn off. My husband loved that our fridge had its own ice maker. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean. Daily breakfast was amazing. This is a great place to stay.

The room layout was odd, the sink/mirror area (no door) was not separated from sleeping area. I was refused an early checkout. Housekeeping only came once every 5 days. Dogs were allowed in the hotel and whining dogs could be heard during our stay. A customer "guest trash" room was provided which wreaked of trash with overflowing bins.

Location was close to our destination, the room was quiet.

Room was very smelly when we opened it, something is rotten inside, maybe in the dishwasher not sure. They changed for another room but with queen beds instead of the king.. Breakfast was ok but not as good...

4th floor hallway had a horrible smell. This smell appears to be coming from the water in the shower. The rooms smelled horrible after a shower. The hallway floors also had trash and stuff all along the edges. Also, for a room that could sleep 6 people, the bathroom and sink area was TINY.

The property was poorly maintained. Garbage outside in landscaping , doors at main entrance was filthy . Didn’t smell good when coming in lobby , cracked tile and very dirty in elevator!! Room kitchen stove top was dirty and coffee pot .

The breakfast area was so tight and cramped that everyone had to keep apologizing for being in each others ways. It was not comfortable at all.

The location to Turfway Downs was very good and it was easy to get on and off the highway. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious but the bathroom was very small and confining. The pool area was warm and clean.

A random person was banging and yelling on our door at 330am and couldn't go back to sleep.

The staff was nice and friendly.

On 12/26/2022 (6pm approximately) Customer service (Ms. Kelly) form the front desk was disrespectful. She didn't said Hi or introduce herself. She was very rude and direct requesting the cerdit card and asking to complete the paperwork. Poor customer service at all. I will not recommend this hotel due to this experience. Also, the temperature at the pool area was very low (heater of the pool area was not working). We report the situation and was not address.

I obviously made my reservation thru Booking, originally for 3 nights because of a plumbing emergency at my home, which got fixed sooner than expected. So I ended up only staying two nights, checked out long before 11am. Somehow 2 days later $800 is still pending from my account to this facility. She denied two extra charges on top of the original booking.com and claimed she knew nothing of it.

This property is honestly very nice and convenient. The soap in the shower was amazing and the water was hot and the room was clean. I am upset that I will never go back to any IHG hotel because of my experience with the customer service.

Bad customer service, breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30am and the employee left on her break at 9:15am and once she was back she didn't filled the food and everyone was very mad. No sheets for the sofa bed and need to go to the lobby, bottles of soap and shampoo empty.

Even though I had a confirmation number, they had no record of my reservation. I had to go find another hotel because they were full. They claim I booking while IHG had been hacked and reservations weren’t coming through so they never got it.

Room wasn't as clean as it should've been and toilet paper roll was broken and didn't get the room with eat at island as advertised.

I would of appreciated house keeping. It would of been nice having fresh towels & a quick vacuum since we have small children.
